We booked this hotel to spend a few days in Quito. The staff are extremely helpful, everyone is very kind. Jose Luis, Alejandro & Nayeli, 💯 we got to the hotel late because the flight was delayed from Miami, they served us a delicious dinner 10 mins before closing with a smile 😃 highly recommended.
A experiência foi muito boa. Vale dois destaques: 1- localização; não consigo pensar em uma localização melhor em Quito, perfeito. Perto de tudo, metrô, shopping, restaurantes e parque. 2- equipe; muito educados, atenciosos e prestativos. Nota 10 nesse quesito.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my parents and couldn't have been happier. The room was spacious, spotless, and offered a breathtaking view over Parque La Carolina. We especially appreciated the fresh air filtration system, which made the room feel incredibly comfortable.
The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning.
What truly made our stay special was the exceptional service. A special thank you to Sharon at the front desk for her warm welcome, professionalism, and kindness throughout our stay. We would also like to recognize Santiago, who helped us with our luggage. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile.
The entire team made us feel genuinely welcome. We highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to stay here again on our next visit to Quito.
The only small downside was that the Wi-Fi connection in our room was a bit unstable at times.

The air-conditioning didn't cool the room down (at least 26 degrees inside).
Very noisy due to all-night traffic even though I had a "quiet" room.
Laundry service way too expensive and clothes came back still damp.
Our stay at Wyndham La Quinta Quito was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Everything was spotless, the breakfast was outstanding with a great variety of fresh options, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

The property is well organized, very clean, great location next to the park. Staff is very polite and speak English. Delicious breakfast included, coffee and tea all day long. I would stay in this hotel again!

Friendly staff specially Alvaro was very helpful in accommodating the specific details that I had requested. Since my mother just had a back spine surgery. All the staff was very cordial and helpful.Alvaro was the most attentive great customer service to detail. Keep up the good work.
