Friendly staff specially Alvaro was very helpful in accommodating the specific details that I had requested. Since my mother just had a back spine surgery. All the staff was very cordial and helpful.Alvaro was the most attentive great customer service to detail. Keep up the good work.

Mi piso es 8 y no se veía moderno como los dormitorios de abajo. Además no me gustó si vamos un equipo y queremos ir a la habitación donde están no podía ir al piso que estaban porque mi tarjeta solo era del piso 8. Más variedad del desayuno

Me cancelaron la reserva antes de subirme al avión cuando yo no tenia la posibilidad de hacer nada, llegué a las 3 de la mañana y no tuve a donde llegar.
No fue clara su justificación de la cancelación
