Curatenia, patul, micul dejun. Acest hotel merita 4 stele, servicile si micul dejun sunt de 4 stele +
Nu are 4 stele fiindca nu are spa si piscina!

Experienta minunata in familie, la Targu Mures
Pros:

Camera foarte confortabila si primitoare, hotelul este modern, curat, imbina businessul cu calatoria, conditiile excelente. Am apreciat amabilitatea personalului si disponibilitatea de a ajuta. Micul dejun variat, potrivit pentru adulti, copii, vegetarieni, optiuni pentru toate preferintele.

Pros:

Hotel modern, ambient perfect, curatenie, liniște, atenție deosebita din partea personalului, mic dejun extrem de bogat și variat. Depășește cu mult cele 3 stele. Categoric este un hotel de 4 stele! A depășit cu mult așteptările!!!

Doamnele de la curățenie au găsit un obiect uitat de mine l-au dus la recepție si imediat am fost sunata ca am uitat ceva la check-out.

Die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang und die Servicekraft beim Frühstücksbuffet waren außerordentlich freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Besser geht es nicht.
Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet, auffallend sauber. Ganz besonders die Duschkabine war makellos, was auch in angesehenen Hotels nicht selbstverständlich ist. Die Betten haben uns alle begeistert. Nicht zu weich, nicht zu hart. Wir haben großartig geschlafen. Meine Tochter hat gesagt, dass sie nie wieder in einem anderen Bett schlafen möchte.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und weit über Standard. Wo bekommt man beispielsweise außerhalb des israelisch, arabischen Kulturkreises Labneh und Hummus angeboten. Alles war frisch und schön präsentiert.

Cons:

Die nähere Umgebung ist nicht sehr schön. So wurde ich direkt vor der Tür des Hotels mehrfach und teilweise aggressiv von lokalen Personen angebettelt.
Die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng. Wenig routinierte Fahrer könnten sich überfordert fühlen.
