Situación en la ciudad, buenas instalaciones, magnífica atención de todo su personal, habitación confortable y muy bien aislada de ruido procedente de otras habitaciones.

Schön eingerichtetes Hotel mitten im Zentrum von Timisoara
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage
Gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit allem was man braucht. Lediglich ein Bügeleisen hat gefehlt.

Interactiunea cu echipa de la receptie, amabili, politicosi cu raspunsunsuri la orice de solicitare din partea noastra, in special dl Andrei care s-a ocupat nemijlocit de noi.

Cons:

organizarea si gestionarea din punct de vedere logistic la micul dejun ( 2 martie - dezastru total): personalul implicat si harnic, insa haotic, fara coordonare si mult subdimensionat fata de cerinte; concret - la ora 9.40 cand am coborat la MD, efectiv nu mai aveam ce sa servesc si nici cu ce (lipsa tacamuri, lipsa produse), personalul in loc sa aprovizioneze cu cele necesare se concentra pe debarasare mese; actionau total haotic in lipsa unei persoane care sa-i coordoneze eficient; dupa aprox 15 min lucrurile au inceput sa functionze cat de cat.

Nu a fost plăcut pentru mine

Locația, curățenia, personalul de la recepție

Cons:

Pentru mine, care sunt claustrofobă, camera standard și baia sunt mici, cu ferestre mici, iar dacă și priveliștea lipsește, e spre pereții clădirilor vecine, cum a fost la noi, camera e lângă lift și , implicit , e zgomotoasă, și mai prinzi o zi ploioasă, cum am prins noi, nu e deloc plăcut. Păcat de eleganță, de locație, de curățenie și de strădania persoanelor de la recepție! Poate în camerele mai mari e altfel, dar noi nu am mai găsit nimic liber.
