Disappointing
Pros:

What did I like ?…. I’ve liked actively organisers Octavian work ethics response time and activities he organised.

Cons:

Most important is that one gets different service and accomodation from what is advertised. There is a big mismatch to what property claim they are and what one gets on arrival.
SPA treatments were not available through out the stay. Which is a big disappointment as we booked hotel with spa treatments to be able to relax after mountain hikes and feeling is that we been only given part of product we ordered. Access road is difficult especially in dark or rain and one feels locked in hotel with no spa treatment . Ok but not great food and poor breakfast. First time in “luxury” hotel I was refused omelet or à la carte option of any sort and was pointed to cold dry eg selection in trays. Breakfast table was not available outside and we ate inside in hot room without conditioning. Our room 102 had no temperature control no air conditioner with temperatures inside over 27 degrees and hard to sleep during the night. We been given fan which blows hot air at 62db sound measures at the bed . Shower leaks most soapy water to the bathroom near sink and toilet seat which pools here and one gets wet feet or wet night socks each time one crosses bathroom. There is no space in cubit so You live of the bag like backpacking hotel. Door does not close if one puts do not disturb sign outside … terrace rail broken and swings out as soon as You lean on it and safe is on the ground so one needs to lay on the floor to access it .
It was quite unpleasant stay and given that I booked it for important occasion based on advertising of hotel service spa and food it felt like we have been miss-old the mirage and had poor service mediocre food and unavailable spa treatments with hot noisy room in difficult to access property.

Locația este de exceptie, resortul a fost construit cu mare atentie la detalii iar tematica este extrem de inspirata. Conditiile de cazare si facilitatile sunt exceptionale. Personalul este profesionist si incearca sa te faci sa simti calitatea celor 5 stele. Un loc deosebit care merita vizitat si ca experienta pozitiva. Se poate si la noi...

Totul a decurs extraordinar, planuim sa revenim

Totul a fost minunat, proprietatea reuneste tot ce cautam la un resort: facilitati si servicii premium, un restaurant cu mancare deosebita si o locatie izolata, in natura.

It’s hard to find something that you don’t like here!
Pros:

Nestled between Bucegi and Piatra Craiului the hotel is an oasis of silence far away from the bustling crowds. Staff is very helpful and welcoming, the spa is great and the jacuzzi on the terrace of our villa was great at temperatures below 0. This was my second time here and I plan to come back.
