Excepțional
Pros:

Experiența noastră la acest hotel a fost excepțională din toate punctele de vedere. Confortul saltelelor, curățenia camerelor și atenția personalului au fost impecabile.

Noi eram în tranzit după un drum lung cu mașina din Spania spre România, alături de cei doi copii mici. Scopul nostru era doar să ne odihnim și să pornim din nou la drum a doua zi. Totuși, ne-am simțit atât de bine încât am decis să mai rămânem încă o noapte.

În plus, am avut surpriza să găsim rochia de mireasă exact la sora proprietarului hotelului, care deține un magazin chiar vis-a-vis de recepția hotelului. Apoi, toate s-au legat perfect: costumul mirelui, rochița fetiței și costumul bebelușului.

Amabilitatea surorii proprietarului, profesionalismul și carisma ei ne-au impresionat profund. Ne-a bucurat sufletele și ne-a făcut să ne simțim ca acasă.

Recomandăm cu toată încrederea acest hotel și le mulțumim pentru ospitalitatea deosebită!

După vacanța din România, când vom porni din nou spre Spania, știm deja unde vom face prima oprire pentru odihnă: aici. Rar întâlnești oameni și locuri care îți rămân în suflet, iar acest hotel este unul dintre ele. Abia așteptăm să revenim!

Excellent choice for a out-of-the-city hotel in Arad
Pros:

This is a great new hotel, clean and well-maintained, with professional staff and courteous policies. It is very close to the Arad city entrance (from Lipova) and thus makes it straightforward to exit the city, avoiding the traffic. Breakfast was fresh and rich in options.

Cons:

Parking lot is chaotic and some slots are too tight for SUVs to safely park. Could use a rearranging of the parkign space.

Top modernes neues Appartmenthotel mit sehr guten Frühstück. Personal äußerst hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Eigener geschlossener und Videoüberwacher Parkplatz.

Pros:

Curățenie și omenie, dar atenție la liniște
Am ales acest hotel pentru un popas în timpul săptămânii și am apreciat mult curățenia și ordinea de aici.
Un mare plus pentru amabilitate: la cererea mea de a avea un loc unde să îi pregătesc de mâncare fiicei mele, personalul a fost foarte înțelegător și mi-a schimbat camera inițială cu una dotată cu bucătărie. Un gest de mare ajutor pentru un părinte la drum!
Singura dezamăgire a fost zgomotul. Vecinii de cameră au făcut gălăgie cu muzică până târziu în noapte, ceea ce a făcut odihna dificilă după un drum lung. Menționez asta pentru ca viitorii oaspeți să fie pregătiți, iar hotelul să fie mai strict cu orele de liniște.
Concluzie: Personal de nota 10 și condiții bune, dar norocul la vecini a lipsit.
