The spacious room, amazing shower, pool is one of the best we’ve ever been to in a hotel - we are world travelers. Staff is helpful and overall property so well maintained.
Breakfast could be more upscale with local produce - missed mozzarella, local bread and to feel more Italian quality authenticity . We stayed 5 nights and every breakfast they have the same things. Same fruits, same cakes, same everything…

La struttura è molto grande, pulita accogliente con un ambiente moderno ed una piscina grande e curata.
La struttura è tenuta bene quindi non ci sono lamentele su di essa. L’unica pecca è la poca cura del cibo presente durante la prima colazione: molti prodotti dolci cotti in modo errato ( poco cotti ). E il caffè non è espresso ma sembra quasi caffè americano.
Room was comfortable and large. Hotel is located in a beautiful property, with easy access by car to Gallipoli, Nardo and Baia Verde. Reception staff was helpful and friendly.
Staff at the breakfast was always in a hurry and not polite/friendly when asked for something, like coffee or omelette. There was not enough staff to setup the tables for the breakfast and several families had to stand up waiting for a long time. Some families decided to take the cutlery and setup the tables themselves. Extra charge for items not included in the buffet like the omelette. Small gym had all the equipment covered in dust, like it was never cleaned. No drinking water available in the gym. These would probably be minor issues in a 3 or 4 star hotel but not in a supposedly 5 star hotel. In the end, these issues left a bittersweet experience for us. I would not consider coming back to this hotel.

Hotel chociaż kameralny, to pokoje wraz z łazienkami duże i przestronne,bardzo czyste.Basen położony wśród zieleni z wygodnymi leżakami, idealny do relaksu ,gorąco polecam!
Byłem tylko trzy dni w hotelu, jest bardzo ladny,czysty miła i pomocna obsługa,lecz mam taki lekki niedosyt jak na tę klasę hotelu... Mianowicie pokój był zarezerwowany dla trzech dorosłych osób,lecz szlafroki i kapcie pokojowe były tylko dla dwóch osób jak i woda butelkowana tylko dla dwóch osób.Woda tylko na dzień dobry, bo już później nie była uzupełniana 😔Szkoda bo to tylko drobiazgi a jednak pozostawiają niesmak . Parking duży i darmowy,ale bez auta ciężko jest się wydostać gdziekolwiek.Pobyt był ze śniadaniem, więc i tu mała uwaga, śniadania bez wow,ale dobre i zaspokoją potrzebę porannego posiłku,lecz odniosłem wrażenie że było zbyt mało obsługi aby nadążać za przygotowywaniem następnych miejsc do posiłku. Ogólnie 8/10 ale! Chętnie wrócę 😉🤗
