It was like staying in a piece of art. The past and the present coexist in a beautiful renovation. The floors felt like silk on your feet. We had a wonderful breakfast in a magnificent breakfast room. And to top it off, the staff could not have been more accommodating and pleasant.
It was a central location across from the Port Antico but as the area is being refurbished, it did not feel totally safe if out at night.
What an incredible find! This is easily one of the most remarkable hotels we've ever visited. The design of the property and the rooms is absolutely stunning. As for the staff—their warmth, professionalism, and helpfulness are beyond anything we’ve experienced elsewhere. If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in Genoa, this is it. Thank you for a flawless stay!

Traumhaftes Ambiente, tolle Lage direkt am Hafen, die Suite war einzigartig und sehr exklusiv, die Hotelmitarbeiter waren stets bemüht und sehr motiviert, man fühlte sich rund um wohl, wir kommen wieder !!!!
Les boissons au bar sont très bonnes notèrent le chocolat chaud. Et toujours accompagnées de sucres ou salés

A fachada nos deixou um pouco confuso no início. Mas, tudo foi superado pela cordialidade do STAFF.

A beautiful Palazzo building. The room was huge with a fantastic bathroom. Staff were very helpful and polite. Nice breakfast in a pretty dining room. Location was pretty good, with a nice 10/15 minute walk to the main shopping district.

Breakfast was good. The room is beautiful.
The view isn't great even though it is sea/port view because it is a commercial port and the elevated road in the front of the hotel is not attractive and noisy.
The town has a few projects to improve the port side of the town so the be continued...
