Panorama fantastico e personale accogliente e gentile
la vista dalla stanza
Beliggenheten er fantastisk i vakre Portovenere.
Vista mozzafiato, camera con finiture eccezionali, balcone molto grande, qualità della cucina superiore, colazione più che adeguata, gentilezza e attenzione del personale, pulizia delle camere, parcheggio comodissimo. Tutto entusiasmante.
Se devo trovare un difetto o il pelo nell'uovo, suggerirei:
- di ricavare qualche lettino extra in piscina (in alta stagione si rischia di sgomitare un po' con gli altri clienti);
- di rabboccare un po' più i calici di vino al ristorante (anche aumentandone il costo), perché un calice riempito al 10-15% è un po' desolante e lo si gode il giusto.

Lack of choice on the dinner menu
Arrivati in hotel abbiamo avuto la piacevole sorpresa che ci era stato concesso un un upgrade di stanza e ci avevano riservato una suite con una bellissima terrazza da cui si poteva abbracciare con lo sguardo tutto il golfo dei poeti e l'isola di Palmaria; nei due giorni di soggiorno abbiamo approfittato di questa terrazza facendoci portare la colazione in camera e facendo colazione deliziati dalla vista, anche grazie al clima favorevole di questi giorni.
I 200 gradini che dal Hotel scendono fino al mare possono sembrare tanti, ma ci hanno aiutato a restare in forma durante il nostro soggiorno ( e per chi non vuole o non può fare le scale dall'altro lato del hotel passa il bus navetta che porta al centro di Portovenere)
Menzione di merito per tutto lo staff che ci ha coccolato durante tutto il week end, in particolare le ragazze che ci hanno servito la colazione in camera e tutto il personale della reception.
in alcuni punti la nostra camera aveva bisogno di un maquilage, ma considerato che siamo a fine stagione conto che sarà un lavoro già programmato.

L'accueil, la propriété, la vue, le confort.
Les escaliers. Il faut être en forme.
Het bed , de ruime kamer en het uitzicht.
1. Alles is uitgevoerd met zeer goedkope materialen.
2. Het menu en het eten van het restaurant is miserabel.
3. Rond het zwembad liggen houten tegels waar je je nek over breekt.
4. Geen greintje schaduw aan het zwembad .
5. Parasols aan het ontbijtbuffet en het diner geven totaal geen schaduw op de momenten dat het nodig is.

etwas in die jahre gekommen, man könnte viel mehr aus dieser anlage machen. auf dem frühstücksbuffet fehlen gesunde sachen, wie gemüse, nüsse etc. personal ist nicht so motiviert.
