A slice of luxury home comforts in a quiet spot with superb access
Pros:

The location suited me well for access to all Florence ahd to offer - it can get quite busy in some parts but here was perfectly quiet and whilst the room was small this did not bother me as a solo traveller as the bed was very luxurious and comfortable. I would seek out to stay here again as it was ideal for my purposes, staff helpful but not over bearing and very clean.

Cons:

The room could have been larger perhaps, but I thought it was extremely well presented and I'd rather that than a large room that feels tired and dated.

Fantastic premium apartment experience.
Pros:

Location was fantastic, room was cleaned every single day with fresh towels every time.

But not only that, the staff were lovely and happy to offer tips and recommendations, they were genuinely so pleasant every morning when we left to explore the city.

Shower had fantastic water pressure, and the beds were so soft.

We also travelled in a July heatwave, the Aircon was beautiful and a huge blackout blind that kept the room chilled at all times.

I would recommend this place to anyone!

Beautiful rooms, great location, super friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Rooms were beautifully stylish, very well appointed and spacious. Staff there when needed but it feels very private.

Cons:

A mirror outside the bathroom would also be useful when the bathroom is occupied.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was absolutely perfect—very central yet surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to relax after a busy day. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff were amazing, incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely phenomenal stay from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond at every turn — attentive, warm, and quick to anticipate what we needed before we even asked. Room service and front desk both handled requests with genuine care, not just efficiency. On top of that, housekeeping was spotless — every day the room felt brand new, no detail missed. It's rare to find a hotel where both service and cleanliness are this consistently excellent. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free, high-quality stay. We'll definitely be back.
