Pros:

Beautiful room, great location. Very tasteful interior, nice bathroom, good attention to detail.

Cons:

* No sound insulation, so if there's people or kids in the courtyard you'll hear it.
* Unlocking your room's door requires an internet connection on your phone.
* Poor wifi.
* Room was cold and hard to get the thermostat working adequately.

I was told the bottom two issues are fixable, but it was too late as I had a very short stay.

Pros:

Posizione eccellente, in pieno centro, dietro Piazza San Carlo.
Pulizia e cura dei dettagli, allestito con stile e eleganza all'interno di una corte.

Cons:

Mancanza di una finestra e clima ancora non attivo, nonostante facesse caldo.
Ingresso a vista della camera.

Bello e straniante.. un pezzo di casa tua

Posizione invidiabile … viaggio di solito in alberghi lusso.. e qui la dotazione è attenta e piacevole . Tecnologia utile e funzionale per un LONELY stay. Non incontrerete nessuno. Tutte porte a codice elettronico. Un moderno modo di fare hotellerie.. distopico e fascinoso.
