Pros:

Keskeisellä paikalla oleva hyvällä maulla remontoitu hotelli. Hyvä äänieristys ja ilmastointi. Huone toimiva.
Hotellilla on idyllinen sisäpiha, jossa voi syödä aamiaista. Sisäpiha toimii myös illalla hotellin ravintolan ja lounge-baarin ulkotilana.
Hotellilla on autopaikkoja kahdella eri pihalla, jotka sijaitsevat vierekkäin. Hotelli sijaitsee ZTL-alueella, joten hotellin antamaa ajo-ohjetta on syytä noudattaa. Ajo hotellin pihalle pihalle onnistuu, mutta vaatii huolellisuutta.

Cons:

Huoneen nro 220 lavuaarin hanan vesijohdot on kytketty väärin. Vasemmalta (punainen piste) tulee kylmää vettä ja oikealta (sininen piste) tulee kuumaa vettä.
Aamiaisen valikoima oli joiltain osin hieman suppeahko.

Schöne Lage, Frühstück im Freien unter den Arkaden 👍
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr einfach es staute sich am Kaffee-Automaten, frisches Obst fehlte komplett, die Müsli Auswahl war unterdurchschnittlich, Nüsse fehlten komplett. Wir waren im Behindertenzimmer untergebracht was grundsätzlich kein Problem war Aber waschen konnte man sich am Waschbecken nicht es ist völlig ungeeignet für alle Menschen. Die Fernbetätigung am WC konnte nur mit höchsten Kraftaufwand ausgelöst werden.

Pros:

Cadre agréable et hôtel bien situé.

Cons:

Mauvaise organisation et agencement du petit déjeuner.
Dîner : assiette de poisson complètement raté, surcuisson (friture) de tous les ingrédients présents dans l'assiette. Ces assiettes n'auraient pas dû être servies en l'état dans ce genre d'établissement, et à ce prix. A croire qu'il n'y avait plus de chef à ce moment là.

Ich würde sicher wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten, um auf dem Parkplatz 1 zu fahren. Im Innenhof des Hotels sollte man

Sehr schöne Liegenschaft, super gelegen, sehr freundliches Personal super sauber bequeme Betten, schöne Bäder. Ich hatte die Imperial Suite sehr ruhig toller Ausgangspunkt um die wunderschöne Stadt zu erkunden. Bergamo ist eine der schönsten Städte Italiens und bietet unheimlich viel. Ich werde mit Sicherheit noch weitere Male in diesem Hotel übernachten.

Cons:

Die Vorhänge in der Imperial Suite schließen nicht wirklich und lassen immer noch etwas Licht durch
