I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything I needed. The location was excellent—close to everything while still being peaceful and convenient.
The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring the city. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Beautiful building, staff were very welcoming and even showed you the best way to your room. Checkin was easy and rooms were made up each day. About a 30 minute walk with funicular to the old town.
Room had a strange smell the whole time we were there. Floor in room could have been cleaner.
Overall a lovely hotel
At 9.15 the breakfast was basically gone. No yoghurt, no croissants, almost all bread was gone, filter coffee was gone. Staff told us they’d refill it, but they didn’t managed to before breakfast ended at 10.

Location is great in the city center and quiet. Nice to have a parking lot in the city center. Breakfast area in the cloister courtyard is fantastic.
We could expect a better food quality at the breakfast, only industrial products …

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Santo Spirito. What makes this hotel especial is historical architecture that has been carefully preserved, and the interiors perfectly reflect the character and heritage of the building, creating a truly authentic atmosphere.
The staff were welcoming, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained.
Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to visit the spa, but we did have dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, and it was absolutely outstanding. The breakfast was also delicious, with a great variety of high-quality options. We especially loved having breakfast in the peaceful garden—it was a wonderful way to start the day
