Pros:

Nice location

Cons:

Staff was supposed to prevent ZTL fines because hotel is inside ZTL zone, but they submitted a wrong tag for my rental car and refused to correct their mistake blaming me for this mistake. The result is over Euro 170 in fines from Bergamo municipality.

Pros:

Mediocre facilities not on par with a four star hotel. Two receptionists were helpfull and lovely while the other staff
Pros:

The location is excellent in the center of the old town.
Two receptionists were very lovely and helped us out with a specific issue, for the other staff see below.
The room was romantic - the furniture should be replaced though.
Very clean rooms with exceptional housekeeping.

Cons:

The staff at breakfast was outright rude. They didn’t want to set the tables and one waitress told us to do it ourselves.
Some of the receptionists were lovely, some just seemed to want to stand there without helping for anything.
Beds are quite hard and uncomfortable.

Matig
Pros:

De ligging en parkeren

Cons:

Pros:

Trotz Altstadtlage ruhige Zimmer. Klimatisierung. Zimmer ausreichend groß. Bett komfortabel. Genügend Stauraum im Zimmer. Personal sehr freundlich. Parkmöglichkeit im Hof. (kostenpflichtig). Man erreicht eigentlich alles gut zu Fuß.

Sauberes schönes Stadthotel
Pros:

Cons:

Das Zimmer leider nur ein Dachfenster.
