Personeel heeft veel goedgemaakt.
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk en gedienstig personeel.

Cons:

Kleine kamer, ligging.
Terras had geen privacy en er lag een publieke parking achter het terras waar iedereen vrij kon inkijken.
Ook het mini zwembad had geen privacy voor de klanten.

Paisible et décontractée
Pros:

La qualité de l’accueil et particulièrement Karina au petit soins elle nous attendu la soir suite au retard de notre vol. Malgré l’heure tardive elle nous a tout expliqué avec énormément de gentillesse et est resté le temps de nous installer pour voir si nous n’avions pas de question c’est une Pro qui aime son métier. Si nous revenons ce sera pour Sirmione mais aussi pour la qualité de l’accueil . Merci Karina et à tout l’équipe du petit dej jusqu’à notre départ avec une personne de l’équipe qui est venu nous apporter des bouteilles d’eau pour la route.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with very comfortable, modern and functional rooms. Everything feels new and well designed. The staff were absolute sweethearts, very welcoming and helpful during the whole stay. The breakfast was honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever seen. The location is also super convenient, also they have parking. Overall, an amazing experience

wir würden wiederkommen.
Pros:

das zimmer war klein aber fein. Das Bett sehr gross und bequem. Der TV war riesig. Das Bad hatte alles was man braucht und sogar Haar Conditioner. Ausserordentlich hat mir der Haarföhn gefallen, der hatte eine sehr gute Leistung.

Cons:

Auf dem Sitzplatz hat man sich ein wenig ausgestellt gefühlt und das Parken war ein wenig speziell aber sonst war alles wunderbar, das ist kritik auf hohem niveau, da alles super war.

Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. Contrary to a typical Italian breakfast with coffee and dolce, this breakfast included an excellent choice of good bread, variety of salads, eggs, juices etc.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, modern und komfortabel. Tiefgarage ist vorhanden. Hunde sind gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis willkommen. Das Hotel liegt zentral, man ist zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten in der Altstadt. Obwohl das Hotel an einem Platz und an einer Straße liegt, ist es im Zimmer sehr ruhig. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.

Pros:

Mara und Giorgio mit dem gesamten Personal sind hervorragende Gastgeber. Claudia hat ausgezeichnete Köstlichkeiten zum Frühstück gezaubert. Unser "Butler" Alex war uns stets zu Diensten. Die Receptionistin war freundlich und aufmerksam. Uns wurde das beste Tirsmisu im Zimmerkühlschrank bereitgestellt. Die Reinigungsfachfrau hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns in einem sauberen Zimmer wohl fühlten.
Für einen Kurzaufenthalt wärmstens zu empfehlen. Für eine Woche ist das Zimmer jedoch etwas zu klein.

Cons:

Einziger Abzug - der Vorplatz beim Pool hätte etwas sauberer gehalten werden können. Ist aber verständlich mit Wind und Vögel 🐦
