Located in the heart of Milano
Pros:

- Location, just a stone's throw away from the Duomo.
- Covered parking close by.

Cons:

- No free water bottles (there was a fridge, that was warmer than outside) with 500 ml bottles of water for 2€!!
- No breakfast
- Nobody at reception most of the day

I liked the location and the décor of the hotel. I would also like to mention Thomas, who welcomed us. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful.

Cons:

The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The smell was unbearable, so I asked to be moved to another room, but I was told that no alternative was available. The staff member who came to the room with us acknowledged that the smell was unbearable, even in the bathroom.

We understand that situations like this can happen and that the hotel is not responsible for the behavior of previous guests. However, no solution was offered, and we were forced to spend the nights in those conditions. We were not offered a refund or any form of compensation, despite paying a significant amount for the room.

This was extremely disappointing. When guests pay a good price, they should not be expected to sleep in a room that smells so strongly of cigarette smoke without any attempt to resolve the issue.

Lo espectacular es la ubicación. Pleno centro, al lado del Duomo, todo puede hacerse caminando. Me molesta cuando no se informa que el hotel es en un piso de un edificio. No estaba mal pero debe. informarlo. Le llaman hotel boutique pero eso es otra cosa. El baño por momentos hacía mucho ruido a agua moviéndose y salía muy mal olor. Cuando me bañé el agua salió de la ducha e inundó el baño lo cual tuve que secar y me llevó mucho tiempo. El personal súper servicial, me llamaron taxi, me acompañaron. abajo con las maletas.

Konumu çok iyiydi, temiz, konforluydu. Sabah erken tramvay sesi geliyor ama olsun. Kesinlikle öneririm.
