We enjoyed our experience with flying into Siem Reap from Saigon the hotel organised airport transfers and local tours day 1 by aircon car to Kam Plong Phluk visiting Asia biggest freshwater lake Day 2 by local VIP to Angkor Wat Tuk Tuk both including driver and very knowledgeable English speaking tour guide all organised effortless ly for us by the hotel, afternoons were the hotel rooftop bar and pool for sunsets.

Pros:

Lo staff è eccezionale. Sono delle persone speciali, tutte davvero. Al solo pensiero di come ci hanno trattato mi vengono i brividi. Neanche in un resort extra lusso hanno questa sensibilità, dolcezza ed attenzione verso i clienti.
Il resto (la piscina, la posizione), sono servizi aggiuntivi che rendono ancora più piacevole il soggiorno. Ma la differenza, come spesso accade, l’hanno fatta le persone.

It was a great stay!
Pros:

The staff was very respectful and friendly, always smiling and asking how our day went. I am diabetic, so I couldn't eat everything that was served at breakfast. I asked them if I could have more eggs instead, and they didn't even hesitate to grant my request. The place was also very central, and the pool was good. I would come and stay in this hotel next time.

This hotel is very central - great location, close to the night market & about 3 minutes walk to Pub Street

Cons:

Not much - there were renovations ongoing but the staff tried they're best to cut the noise to a minimum & work when we were out

Great location to walk to pub street & markets. Loved the roof top pool and it was open till 10pm. Staff were fabulous.
Good value small boutique hotel.

This was probably one of my favourite places to stay and I have had some real favourites. The staff were super friendly and helpful ☺️. It was my son's 4th birthday and a Spiderman cake was delivered to our room by the staff which was truly special I can't thank them enough for that very sweet gesture 🙌. The rooftop pool was lovely to cool off and hotel food was delicious. If you want to venture out for local eats it's not far to walk. Pub ( beer ) street in 5 min walk. This room was spacious and clean . Lovely boutique hotel. Highly recommended.

Ubicación y atencion excelentes
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de Pib Street, River Market y en general de calles/mercados.
El personal excelente atención.
El desayuno fue a pago aparte opcional y precio/calidad muy bueno!

Cons:

Algunos detalles de la habitación muy mínimos como que faltan ganchos para toallas fuera de la ducha y que tenía un cartón en la muralla tapando algo. El resto super bien.

Wonderful staff! Great room & location!
Pros:

Outstanding staff! Always smiling and ready to assist. Our room was spacious, bright and very clean. Location was perfect for walkability. We would love to stay here again if given the opportunity to return to Siem Reap. Such lovely people!
