What stood out the most was the peaceful atmosphere throughout the hotel. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable for a good night's sleep. The swimming pool was clean and surrounded by lush greenery, making it the perfect place to unwind. Breakfast was fresh with plenty of delicious choices, and every part of the property felt well maintained.
After exploring temples all day, coming back here felt so relaxing. We spent our evenings by the pool and really enjoyed the quiet surroundings. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast gave us plenty of energy for another day of sightseeing. It was a very enjoyable stay overall.
Camera abbastanza spaziosa per gli standard locali, letti e cuscini comodi e confortevoli. Luminosa (c'è un'ampia finestra), l'aria condizionata rende il clima piacevole.
La struttura si trova in una zona silenziosa, appena fuori dal centro che è raggiungibile a piedi in circa 20 minuti. È possibile parcheggiare lo scooter nel parcheggio antistante dove è sempre presente un guardiano/assistente.
Lo staff ci è apparso distratto, gentile ma poco reattivo alle richieste. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con lo scooter noleggiato con loro prima del nostro arrivo, ci hanno proposto di cambiare mezzo aspettando 10 minuti che si sono trasformati in un'attesa di un'ora. Per l'acquisto di biglietti per attrazioni e bus ci hanno sempre rimandato alla biglietteria, al sito o simili anche quando avevamo espressamente riferito di aver avuto difficoltà nell'acquisto autonomo.
La struttura è molto meno patinata di quello che appare nelle foto.
Nonostante la presenza di un armadio sono disponibili poche grucce per gli abiti e i piani d'appoggio risultano ridotti per 2 persone sia in camera che in bagno.
In camera sono presenti tazze, bustine di tè e caffè ma non abbiamo trovato un bollitore.
El personal fue muy amable y atento a todas las peticiones. Nos gestionaron el alquiler de bicicletas, tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación y nos los concedieron y nos dejaron usar la piscina a pesar del check-out puesto que nuestro bus salía a última hora de la tarde.
Encontramos cucarachas en la habitación. Al segundo día pedimos cambio de habitación (el cual se nos concedió), pero volvimos a encontrar cucarachas.

El personal del hotel fue increíblemente amable y atento en todo momento. Las instalaciones en general están muy bien cuidadas, destacando especialmente la zona de la piscina, que es excelente y se mantiene impecable y limpia. El desayuno también fue un punto fuerte: muy variado, rico y de buena calidad.
Las fotos de la habitación que se muestran en la web parecen haber sido tomadas justo cuando se inauguró el hotel, por lo que la realidad actual se ve un poco más desgastada. Falta hacer algunos pequeños arreglos de mantenimiento en el cuarto. Por ejemplo, las cortinas de la ducha y de la habitación ya están sucias y habría que cambiarlas por unas nuevas. Pero por lo demás todo muy bien.
We stayed here for one night and it was one of our favorite parts of the trip. Every morning started with a fresh breakfast with lots of options and the room was always spotless when we returned in the afternoon. The peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax after visiting Angkor Wat.
I didn't expect my stay to be this comfortable. The room was quiet and comfortable, exactly what I needed after a day of sightseeing in Siem Reap. The breakfast offered a variety of dishes made with fresh ingredients, and the staff were always warm and welcoming without being overly attentive. I would definitely like to stay here again.
Choosing this hotel as our place to stay was definitely the right decision. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and the staff took excellent care of us throughout our stay. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, the breakfast had a variety of choices and the location was perfect, allowing us to enjoy Siem Reap without any worries.
Although my stay was short, I had a much more enjoyable time than I expected. From the moment I stepped out of the taxi, I received a warm welcome, and I was impressed by the attentiveness of the staff throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes made with fresh ingredients, and thanks to the quiet location, I was able to easily access the places I wanted to go and relax.
The reception staff explained everything clearly during check-in and recommended several places to visit. Our room was modern, clean, and had a wonderful city view. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked very well, and complimentary refreshments were provided daily. We enjoyed trying Khmer dishes at the hotel restaurant before visiting the Old Market to shop for souvenirs.
Everything about this hotel was enjoyable. The lobby looked beautiful, and the front garden was well maintained. Our city-view room was bright and fresh. The staff always greeted us with a smile, and the restaurant offered many delicious local dishes.
Comfy beds. Pleasant staff. Good value.
