My reception hosts, Liza and Thip were fantastic. They helped me book the Apsara Dance, always were welcoming and friendly, suggested activities and booked a bike rental and more. Their English was so good I never had to worry about communicating to the property about anything.

Hotel had a nice little restaurant adjoining the shaded swimming pool with good breakfast. Lovely Khmer Mansion feel with immaculate rooms. Shower was hot, strong and push on/push off.

I liked that the Harmony was part of the Indochine Hotel Group so that their standards, training, and expectations of staff were high.

Cons:

My usual complaint... Beds are always too firm for me. Some of us sleep best on a feather or foam bed. As far as location is concerned the hotel was more than a few blocks from Pub Street. It was however walkable there or less than a $1 tuktuk ride away---handy when pouring rain this season.

But Pub Street isn't everyone's destination. The hotel is near Taphul Rd and Funky Lane with superb dining options.

Tolles Hotel mit allem, was man im Urlaub benötigt, um sich wohlzufühlen!
Pros:

Absolute 10/10! Tolles Hotel! Das Ambiente ist einfach traumhaft. Es ist ruhig, der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum Erholen ein, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das A-La-Carte-Frühstück ist wirklich lecker! Außerdem sind die Zimmer sauber und alle wichtigen Spots im Zentrum von Siem Reap sind fußläufig gut erreichbar!

Agréable séjour à Siem Reap
Pros:

La piscine est clairement l’atout principal de cet établissement.
Les chambres sont correctes mais la salle de bain est rudimentaire.
L’emplacement est correct mais un peu loin du marché de nuit, environ 20min à pied.
Le restaurant et le petit déjeuner sont très bien.

Cons:

Il y avait des puces de lit, ce qui m’a causé beaucoup de problèmes pour la suite. J’ai dû quitter le logement plus tôt car j’avais énormément de boutons et j’ai dû faire désinfecter toutes mes affaires. Cela m’a demandé beaucoup de frais supplémentaires (désinfection, soins pour ma peau, hôtel…). On m’a remboursé seulement les deux nuits que je n’ai pas réalisées malgré le fait que ça faisait cinq jours que j’étais là-bas. De plus, j’ai bien fait de vérifier car l’hotel a failli me rembourser moins que les deux nuits, en faisant semblant de se tromper sur les prix. La chambre était très sale tout comme les couloirs dans lesquels on pouvait voir de nombreuses bêtes, de la poussière et des traces de je-ne-sais-quoi.
