Harmony is a great location with very friendly staff.
Pros:

Pool is great, staff are very friendly and helpful, location to town was great. The room was large and generous.

Cons:

The restaurant staff were a little bit slack not serving the pool, they ran out of towels and just said sorry, leaving it to the front desk, often sitting behind their counter and not serving, I was disappointed with the lack of service.

Our stay was exceptional from the moment we arrived. And the view overlooking the pool was truly relaxing. The reception team greeted us warmly, while every member of the staff delivered attentive and professional service. We enjoyed delicious Khmer and international dishes at the restaurant, followed by refreshing cocktails at the poolside bar.

Tökéletes választás Siem Reap-i tartózkodásra. Jó lokáció, kedves személyzet, finom ételek, medence, tágas és jól felszerelt szoba.

Cons:

Pros:

I have been travelling for 7 weeks and this is the best place I have stayed.
Very quiet here, and close to everything.
Anything you need is available through the hotel, meals motorcycles,tours, massage,
Airport pick ups.
A big thank you to all the staff especially Liza and Thib for organising anything with a smile.

Great place to stay in Cambodia.
Pros:

This hotel is well-located and an excellent place to stay if you plan to visit Siem Reap. The service is excellent and friendly; additionally, there is a private lounge area available to guests, stocked with complimentary drinks. The buffet breakfast is superb and—like everything else—is included in the price. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

This really shows their commendable focus on their guests. I loved the spacious and luxurious rooms, with large and comfortable beds. The amenities in the room were also excellent and the bathroom was luxurious. I loved the great breakfast and the perfect location. But what I appreciated most was the friendliness of all the staff - the greeting at the reception, the warm smiles and attention of the breakfast staff and the greeting from the doorman.
