Pros:

Beautiful modern facilities with the best staff I've encountered in SR. They genuinely enjoy working together as a team. Rooms are lovely with nice accents that a boutique hotel should have. Great location in Wat Bo upscale neighborhood.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was a lot of construction going on which was noisy and dusty. But upgrading the property is a great thing.

The friendliest staff ever
Pros:

Location was perfect, room was very comfortable, and staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They even lent us a room to take a shower before leaving for the airport in the evening even though we had checked out in the morning.
