Prime location 5 min to the heart of Siem Reap. The staff was extremely helpful especially when we had a couple of technical issues with our room.
La ubicación y el personal. Las camas son cómodas.
Nos dejaron unas chanclas de plástico que estaban usadas y sucias. Sólo te dan una toalla por persona (aunque puedes pedir más). Tienen la típica política de si dejas la toalla colgada es que no quieres que te la cambien, pero ellos mismos no la respetan y las cambian.... una persiana de la habitación estaba rota y no se podía subir del todo. El aire acondicionado siempre te daba directamente en la cama, lo que era un poco incómodo. El desayuno es en otro hotel. Hay poco o ningún sitio para colgar cosas, con lo cual, mucho espacio en la habitación pero inútil. Se oía bastante ruido y encima había obras en el edificio de la lado.
En general tiene potencial pero no han mantenido el edificio muy bien.
The room was big and the have toilet and shower separated.
The AC was directly to my face and I ended up sick 🤒 with flu which ruined my entire trip. I told them there were cockroaches 🪳 and they never fixed it, I found a bunch and that was disgusting. I had to walk every day to another hotel to get my breakfast, breakfast was good, just the eggs were always raw and without any flavor, no salt no nothing. Bed was not comfy. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful sadly that’s not enough to compensate the rest. Oh they picked me up at the bus station! That was great thank you.
The location and the staff were good
They are in the process of moving buildings and the one I stayed in was a bit dated. I also had to walk to the new building to have the included breakfast.
Everyone I met was friendly, respectful, and willing to help. The service felt genuine rather than rushed, and I really appreciated the positive attitude of the team. I had a very enjoyable experience overall.

The food and drinks at the hotel were enjoyable, especially after a busy day exploring Siem Reap. The staff were very friendly and helped us with directions and sightseeing plans.
The room was spacious enough for us and had a lovely view, while the pool was especially nice in the afternoon. The restaurant offered good food, and we enjoyed having dinner and drinks without needing to go far.
The food at the hotel was a nice surprise, and I enjoyed trying some of the dishes on the menu. After eating, I spent some time by the pool before going back to my room. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful,
The hotel was comfortable, and the pool was perfect for relaxing in the afternoon. The staff were friendly and made arranging our sightseeing tour very easy. Very closed to the city center Pub Street.

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas d’ascenseur. J’étais au 3ème étage et comme je suis asthmatique pas simple cependant on m’a porté ma valise jusqu’à ma chambre ! Le petit déjeuner était dans un hôtel à deux rue à cause de travaux. Ceci dit cela ne m’a pas posé de problème.
One of our favorite days was the trip to Kulen Mountain and its waterfall. We returned to the hotel in the evening and enjoyed a quiet dinner with some Cambodian dishes.
The food was excellent and the service was very friendly. The next morning, we had breakfast with fresh fruit, eggs, coffee, and some local choices before heading out. It was a short stay, but we felt very relaxed here.
The room was clean and comfortable, which made my visit even better.
