Exceptional service and great staff
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay and will surely return
An exceptional staff was a gentleman that helped us with luggage during checkin though I can’t remember his name but he was really outstanding
More so we were amazed and grateful for the room upgrade

Generally a modern and efficient place.
Pros:

Clean, up to date decor and good restaurants

Cons:

The receptionists when I checked in was not very welcoming in fact grumpy.

Ok with facilities etc but with the food poisoning it went downhill.
Pros:

Friendly staff, hotel facility, pickup on time.

Cons:

The food in main restaurant is quite poor in terms of quality, hygiene… on my last day I got serious food poisoning and all week the food was mediocre ( except for breakfast). The Chief is not cooking well. The restaurant and specifically the quality and keeping of food needs to be improved a lot.
