Generally a modern and efficient place.
Pros:

Ok with facilities etc but with the food poisoning it went downhill.
Pros:

Friendly staff, hotel facility, pickup on time.

Cons:

The food in main restaurant is quite poor in terms of quality, hygiene… on my last day I got serious food poisoning and all week the food was mediocre ( except for breakfast). The Chief is not cooking well. The restaurant and specifically the quality and keeping of food needs to be improved a lot.

my room rate was too high. I paid too much. They changed the rate and the price was much lower in the app a few days before arrival. Very shady.

Pros:

We had a wonderful experience at four points on our get together with friends.. which was made easy with food and seating recommendations frome Bone on the ground restaurant who encouraged us to use the roof top restaurant.. the idea was great.. and thanks to fahim who was also friendly..

Great staff and ambiance..
Pros:

I really love four points ambiance, views, and the friendly staff, Boneconcil at breakfast, Irene at reception. These two are outstanding.. an the rest of the staff..
Am looking forward to staying with you once again..
