Pros:

Sehr schöner Blick über die Bucht, sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstück, gutes Restaurant und ein beheizter Pool. Dazu noch blitzsaubere und schöne Zimmer. Zum Strand muss man mit dem Auto fahren, dass war uns jedoch auch vorher klar und kein Problem.

Beautiful experience
Pros:

The owner and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and hot and the environment very clean. It’s a beautiful place. My children loved the heated pool. I would go there again and I recommend it.

Die Lage und das Frühstück waren hervorragend. Dieses Hotel ist nur zu empfehlen, für Ruhe, eine wunderbare Aussicht auf Vlora und das Meer und ein tolles Lebensgefühl. Hier kann man entspannen und genießen.

Aufenthalt mit Traumblick
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist einzigartig. Man blickt über die gesamte Bucht von Vlores, die Lagune und die Insel Sarzan. Im Umfeld des Hotels gibt es keine anderen Restaurants oder Cafés. Aber das haben wir nicht vermisst. Man braucht aber ein Auto um mobil zu sein. Der Innenpool ist schön warm und man kann auf Liegestühlen mit Blick aufs Meer relaxen. Frühstück bot alles was man braucht und das Abendessen konnten wir im Restaurant genießen.

Cons:

Es gab keinen Fahrstuhl. Aber das Personal hat uns die Koffer ins Zimmer gebracht. Es gab keine geschlossenen Schränke für die Kleidung - nur offene Regale.

Wir waren nur zwei Tage hier, aber es war wunderschön und diese Fahrt in die Berge hat sich gelohnt.
Pros:

Wunderschönes Hotel in einer außergewöhnlichen Lage. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und ein tolles Restaurant mit Blick in die Bucht.

Cons:

Wir waren im 4. Stock und es gibt keinen Aufzug. War für uns jetzt kein Problem, aber man sollte das bei Buchung beachten, damit es keine Enttäuschung gibt.

A simpatia da dona e de todos os funcionários do hotel. Quarto agradável, piscina aquecida e vista deslumbrante.

Disappointed. Did not live up to reviews.
Pros:

Exceptional views from good sized balcony. Staff friendly. Food from on site restaurant good. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Swimming pool decking damaged also water covers broken with no warning signage. Towels felt like sandpaper. Bathroom fittings loose. Only 2 coffee capsules, no tea or milk. Only 1 small bottle of water for 2 people. Curtains did not meet and outside security screen pulled down to try and compromise. No hot water until we complained, (they said forgot to turn on!) Grounds unkempt and had not seen a gardener for weeks.
