Nous avons aimé l'emplacement de l'hôtel situé dans l'aéroport pour notre transit imposé d'une nuit et un départ très matinal c'était exactement ce qui nous convenait
Nous n'avons pas aimé apprendre une semaine avant notre arrivée que le jacuzzi ne serait pas disponible nous avons également trouvé dommage qu'en réservant une chambre dans un étage élevé on ne puisse pas avoir une vue complète compte tenu de l'architecture du bâtiment qui met des panneaux de bois devant les fenêtres

Sisäänkirjoittautumiseen piti yöllä jonottaa kohtuuttoman pitkään. Liian vähän henkilökuntaa suhteessa asiakkaisiin.
Self check in -tableteista yksi kolmesta toiminnassa, eikä ketään opastamassa sen yhden käytössä
Aamulla huoneessa tuoksui polttoaineen katku, vaikka en avannut ikkunoita.
Unohdimme puhelimen latausjohdon hotelliin, josta laitoimme heti aamupäivällä lähdettyämme viestiä. Viiden päivän kuluttua saimme viestin, ettei meidän nimellä löydy varausta. Lähetimme bookingin varausnumeron. Vastausta ei kuulunut.
Palasimme hotellille 8 vuorokauden jälkeen hakemaan latausjohtoa, jota ei löytynyt. Asian selvittäminen ja ymmärtäminen oli vaikeaa, eikä vastaanotto ollut yhteistyöhaluinen asian suhteen.
En voi suositella hotellia, jonne asiakkailta unohtuneet tavarat katoavat. Odotan rehellisyyttä hotellin henkilökunnalta.
Täydellinen sijainti lentokentällä. Hyvä aamiainen. Puhtaat huoneet ja mukava sänky. Hyvä äänieristys.
Huone oli yllättävän pieni, huonekalut, varsinkin sänky jättisuuria niin pieneen tilaan. Ei minibaaria, ei edes bideesuihkua, joka on yleensä välttämättömyys hygienian hoidossa. Huoneen hintaan nähden (154 e 10%:n alennuksen kanssa) huonosti varustettu huone. Hammasmukit ja nenäliinat puuttuivat myös vessasta.
Aamupalan tarjoaminen päättyi jo 9.30, joka on aivan liian aikaisin yölennolla saapuvalle. Saapuessani hotelliin klo 2 yöllä, tiskillä oli 1 virkailija ja n. 10 asiakasta jonossa. Jono eteni todella hitaasti...
Onneksi huomasin self check in -päätteen aulassa ja tsekkasin itseni sisään muiden jäädessä jonottamaan. Siitä kiitosta hotellille.
הגענו למלון ללילה קצר לפני טיסה חזור מטיול בפינלנד. הקבלה והשהות היו נהדרים. המלון נקי מאד, יוקרתי ואלגנטי. למרות שהוא כמה דקות הליכה משדה התעופה, הוא שקט מאד והאווירה רגועה, כמו בנופש. המיטות מאד נוחות. המקלחת נהדרת. חדר הכושר חדיש ומצוין ופתוח 24-7.

Extremely convenient for an early morning flight as the hotel entrance is right next to the departure terminal.
We travelled with our dog and she had a bag of doggy snacks, a towel and a water bowl waiting for her. Top!
Loved our stay here! Everything was honestly fantastic from start to finish.
The vegan options were probably the biggest surprise for me – genuinely some of the best I’ve seen at any hotel. There was so much to choose from and everything was clearly labelled, which made such a difference. It’s rare to find a hotel that puts this much thought into vegan options and actually gives you a proper selection rather than just one or two things.
The staff were amazing as well, everyone was so friendly and welcoming.
Our room was super clean and the bed was ridiculously comfortable! After travelling, having such a comfortable bed and a spotless room was exactly what we needed.
Honestly, I can’t really fault anything about our stay. Great food, lovely staff, super comfortable and clean. If you’re vegan, this hotel is an absolute winner.

The bathtub is very high. It is difficult to get in or out of it without handles.
The veranda and location of this home is excellent. It’s a wonderful place to stay close to the water in a beautiful setting.
The rooms are a little dated, and the pullout bed mattress is not super comfortable to sleep on. Still, it’s a pullout, so one shouldn’t be too picky.
The most challenging aspect was the single air conditioning unit in the hallway. This has been a very hot summer in Croatia, and the heat in the rooms was intense even with the air conditioner turned to full power. That said, during a more common summer, it’s probably not as noticeable as it was in late August, 2026.
This hotel is, in my opinion, the best way to enter Europe. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the location ideal, the staff delightful, and the breakfast in the morning is exquisite. Stay here whenever possible. You will not be disappointed.

It has a spa and sauna. The website did not advise you had to pay for it. The room lacked some small items that would have made it more comfortable including tissues. The bar was very expensive.
