Pros:

Месторасположение - топ. Персонал - топ. Все отзывчивые, стараются помочь и войти в положение. У нас был early check in и нам его предоставили бесплатно за что отдельное человеческое спасибо. Прекрасные широкие балконы с видом на центральную улицу. Все чисто, уборка каждый день, хорошие полотенца, хороший ремонт номера. Есть детская кровать.

Cons:

Очень мягкий матрас на кровати. Завтрак - всегда один и тот же кроме смены 2 видов бутербродов и яичницы. Не удобные стулья на балконе. Я бе рекомендовал отелю поставить туда лежаки, благо размер балкона позволяет

Schöne Unterkunft jedoch nur minimaler Service.

Unterkunft ist neu saniert und schön sowie zentral gelegen. Bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Bei dem Übernachtungspreis kann man weitaus mehr Service erwarten. Das Frühstück war gut aber auf das Minimum begrenzt. Nur Filterkaffee. Alles weitere muss separat bezahlt werden.
Im Zimmer ist auch nur das Minimum vorhanden, bei Ankunft nichtmal eine Flasche Wasser. Leider bei dem Preisniveau enttäuschend. Man merkt sofort, es geht nur um die Optimierung der eigenen Einnahmen und nicht um den Service am Kunden.

Avoid at all cost - poor customer service and experience
Pros:

The room was clean although there was an intermittent smell of the drains in the bathroom.

Cons:

Location: We are well travelled for both business and leisure and read previous reviews - what they don’t say is that there are 3 of the loudest bars in the centre of Ksamil across the road with music until midnight. Phoned Reception on two occasions between 11.00pm and after 12.00am due to loud shouting/arguing and banging doors - the banging of doors was going on each night into the early hours and from 6.00am and there was no answer
on both occasions.

Staff: Miserable, look like they don’t want to be there and unhelpful. Asked for Reception to arrange taxi to go to Sarande Port for the next day to be told it would be arranged and wasn’t. Asked if could have coffee before left Hotel as breakfast was laid out to be told it wasn’t ready and no offer of coffee to be made from machine as had seen previously for others at breakfast.

Room: Kettle in room and mugs, no coffee/tea/milk or spoons. Thin sheet on the bed, aircon could not be easily changed.

In summary - feel compelled to post this review due to the poor customer service and experience we had. Avoid at all costs.

Everything was great, room was comfortable and was cleaned everyday, staff were very polite from the receptionist to the waiters and also the cleaners.
Parking was available near the hotel or underground.

Breakfast was delicious, you had everything you may need and the best thing was it was never empty, they refilled it instantly.
You should also try the restaurant, they serve very delicious food.

Location was great (one of the main reasons i choose Colosseum) it is in the middle of Ksamil main beach road, you are 3min from the beach, and you could go by walk on many different beaches you like, you are surrounded by bars, lounges, restaurants, markets, fast foods, everything you can ask.

Great experience and i would choose it again next time i come in Ksamil
