Pros:

Das Personal war sehr Hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

Es hat mir nicht gut gefallen, dass unsere Kinder nur bis 17.00 Uhr am Pool schwimmen durften. Eine längere Zeit wäre cool gewesen.
Das Frühstück war leider immer das gleiche, mir hat ein bisschen Abwechslung gefehlt.

Cons:

The pool is much smaller than it appears in the pictures, and you can only use it from 11am to 5pm. On one of the days of our stay, we couldn't use it at all because the water was green. We decided to leave a day early, and the hotel refused to give us any discount or partial refund.

Breakfast is very poor, with only unhealthy options. This is clearly not a four-star hotel!

Pros:

Good location, close to everything. Nicely fit out room. The restaurant downstairs was really good and so was the buffet breakfast.

Cons:

Unfortunately during our stay there were guests fighting and banging from 2 am to 4 am. When we called reception to assist, we were told that their was nothing they could do and it was out of their control - which is strange as its their hotel so I dont know why its out of their control. This ruined our stay and wasn't worth the price we paid to not be able to sleep. I wouldn't recommend this place or stay at it again.

Ksamil, in general, is very overrated. The traffic, infrastructure, and the overall atmosphere is disappointing
Pros:

The rooms were really big, comfortable and clean. The only problem is the sewage smell from the bathroom- which is actually quite common in all Ksamil. All staff (except one) was super kind and friendly - especially one waitress in the restaurant, she was a super nice lady.

Cons:

One of the waiters in the hotel restaurant was quite rude, and does not know how to talk to the guests. This is really unacceptable for an establishment like this.

Pros:

Excellent location in the centre around shops and bars. Beach was a 2 minute walk. Bus stop close by. Beautiful sea view room. Spacious room. Even though our room was at the front in quite a lively and noisy area, once the balcony doors were shut we didn't hear any noise.

Cons:

A little bit on the expensive side just for 3 nighys. Very small changes could make this hotel a little better. There was a kettle and fridge in the room but no spoon. Only chairs around pool no sun loungers.

Good location - not quite 4-star standard
Pros:

Location was great. Short walk to beaches and not right in the chaos of the centre of town

Cons:

The pool - awkward location with no sun loungers. Surrounded by restaurant tables! Awful
Kettle and cups but no coffee or tea
No water on arrival in the fridge - for a 4-star property in a place that is 35 degrees one would expect this as a minimum.
