Der schöne ausblick
Pros:

Die lage des hotels, Mega schönes Hotel, es war sehr sauber und der Blick vom balkon(Meer blick) War unbezahlbar

DECEPCIONANT
Pros:

Esmorzar gens variat i molt senzill, no hi havia opció sense gluten.
No es correspon a un hotel de 4 estrelles.

La última nit no vam poder dormir, a l'habitació del costat nostra hi havien uns personatges que van estar cridant, pegant cops, fent molt de soroll i música fins les 3'30 de la matinada, no vam poder descansar, ni dormir i a dia següent ens esperaven moltes hores de conducció. El més fort va ser que vam trucar a la recepció i no ens van respondre, no ha havia ningú!!!!!! Impensable que no tinguem ningú a qui dirigir-nos en el cas que ens passés alguna cosa, com la que ens va passar, al matí següent em van saber contestar que en temporada baixa no ténen recepcionista!!!!!!Perdona???? Els vam demanar llibre de reclamacions i parlar amb el responsable i solament ens van dir que com havíem reservat en Booking, ens queixéssim a Booking, cosa que he fet i estic esperant resposta.

Un peu chère pour se que c’est .. mais très belle hôtel vu comme ça

Très belle hôtel neuf, parking sous terrain gratuit et petit déjeuner

Cons:

Pour une suite c’était hyper simple pas de thé ou café ni eau dans la chambre et qu’une seule tasse à disposition du coup pour boire de l’eau du robinet 😂
Les équipements de la douche porte savon et porte gobelet étais cassés ..
Matelas pas du tout confortable.. beaucoup trop moue et draps beaucoup trop petit pour le lit.

Pros:

Très bon accueil.
Parking souterrain à réserver (pas beaucoup de places)
Chambre et salle de bains spacieuse.
Petit déjeuné copieux et varié
A deux pas de la plage restaurant et centre ville de Ksamil

Cons:

Chambre peut être bruillante en plein été car beaucoup de musique dans la rue et donnant sur la piscine également

Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt, das Zimmer sehr groß und das Hotel im allgemeinen sehr modern. Das Frühstücksbuffet war üppig und es wurde die ganze Zeit drauf geachtet, dass nichts alle wird. Personal war auch sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren leider etwas sehr weich wodurch mein Mann nach der dritten Nacht Rückenschmerzen bekommen hat, aber jeder bevorzugt ja eine andere Matratze.

Alles zu einem sehr fairen Preis
Pros:

Hotel ist echt der Hammer 🤩 man kann es sehr empfehlen! Der Zimmerservice wechselt täglich die Handtücher selbst wenn man sie nicht benutzt hat.Habe gerade nochmal 3 Tage im Hotel verlängert das sagt ja alles!Frühstücksbüffet ist super alles was man braucht und nur 250 Meter zum Strand

Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Hotel is centrally located, although it can be noisy at night. New feel and modern.

Cons:

Shower could have been warner and the hairdryer doesn't have much power. The breakfast is ok, more variety would have been great
