Belle expérience à Berat
Pros:

Une chambre très typique en pierre. Chambre familiale avec deux lits simples et un lit double. Vraiment un hôtel très typique et un super rapport qualité prix. La chambre était très propre. Il n'y a pas de parking mais l'hôtel vous propose de vous garer un peu plus loin gratuitement. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et typique aussi. Je recommande +++

Good place but there are things where to improve.
Pros:

Nice location, easy to walk around and get everything you want. Comfy bed and you get everything you need for a stay. Breakfast was okay.

Cons:

They said that they reserved a parking spot but as we came, the man who was responsible for parking said - no parking possible. So he suggested to park on another side of the bridge, where he lives. At the end of the day we didn’t know where exactly (because of lack of communication) but we parked somewhere and luckily the car was alright the other day :) Also, keep in mind that their restaurant is on the first floor, so if you want peace and quiet before 10 pm - maybe it shouldn’t be your choice. Also, it’s not nice to sit in the same restaurant for breakfast and see dirt on the table and below.

Perfect
Pros:

Great location in the quieter side of Berat. Short walk from everything. Room was clean and very charming. Food was great and staff were friendly.

מאוד נקי, רומנטי, מעוצב בצורה מהממת, עץ ועתיק, מאוד לטעמינו. לצערינו יצאנו מוקדם ובעקבות אי הבנה עם המלון, לא סופקה לנו ארוחת הבוקר שביקשנו לדרך.
המיקום מעולה ומאוד קרוב להכל.
חנייה קרובה בתשלום 6€ ובהזמנה מראש ולמרות זאת כן היה כאשר הגענו למרות שלא הזמנו מראש (לקחת בחשבון שביולי-אוגוסט) חייבים הזמנה מראש,
מאמינה שכאשר נגיע לעיר שוב, נקח אצלם חדר ונוודא שהפעם גם נאכל ארוחת בוקר😊
הצוות מאוד אדיב ושירותי, נהנינו מאוד למרות שהיינו עם ילדים מתבגרים😁

Hôtel charmant au centre de la ville.
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement de l'hébergement. L'hôtel est rempli de charme et décoré avec goût.
Nous soulignons la gentillesse et la serviabilité des jeunes employés.

Cons:

Même si le reste du personnel a été aux petits soins avec nous, le réceptionniste avait oublié son sourire à la maison.
De plus, lors de notre réservation, il était indiqué qu'un parking était disponible... Nous avons cependant dû payer un emplacement dans un parking public car il fallait soi-disant prévenir que nous arrivions en voiture.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und gut gelegen. Zu Fuss lässt sich ganz Berat ohne Probleme erkunden. Das Personal hat die meisten Fragen gut beantwortet.

Cons:

Es heisst Parking sei inbegriffen. Wir wurden angewiesen auf dem Camping ca. 200 Meter entfernt zu parkieren. Als wir einen Ausflug machten und zurückkamen war der Parkplatz voll und die Parkplatzbetreuer meinte das sei nicht ihr Problem. Wir konnten dan auf dem Privatparkplatz des Hotel parkieren (oder so ähnlich) was zwar sehr freundich war seitens Hotelpersonal, aber sollte das Hotel voll sein und mehrere Gäste mit dem Auto anreisen wird es wohl schwierig.

Das Essen fühlte sich eher nach Mikrowellenessen an. Das inbegriffene Morgenessen war dürftig. Wir warteten dann auch ca. 30min für einen Kaffee (die anderen Tische auch).
