Underwhelming

The location

Cons:

The water stopped working for hours. Pictured below. The shower head was broken. No shower cover on the walk in shower so the whole bathroom would flood. The walls had black mould on them. Pictured below. They never changed or cleaned the room while we stayed. The door to the balcony wouldn’t close properly. The furniture was all outdated and the bed was held up by bricks and wood. The mattress was old and worn out.

Pros:

Il personale, tutto, è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e sorridente. La posizione della struttura è ottima: la spiaggia dista pochi metri ed è possibile noleggiare ombrellone e sdraio; il lungo mare dista meno di 1 km e lungo il tragitto ci sono moltissimi ristoranti con terrazza sul mare e locali che organizzano serate con musica. Inoltre, la struttura offre: un servizio bar nelle immediate vicinanze della spiaggia, comodo sia per la colazione che durante la permanenza in spiaggia; parcheggio gratuito se se arrivate in auto. La camera ha l'aria condizionata e frigo in camera.

Good location, poor service
Pros:

The location is great. Very close to the beach, shops, restaurants & bars

Cons:

Booked a room with a balcony view. When I arrived I was told there are no more balcony rooms so gave a 10euro discount and told my room will be changed the next night. When I went to enquire the room change there was never any staff to be found. The front desk was always absent.

Schön , wenn man nur Strand will .
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Strand mit liegen !

Cons:

Parkplatz und Strand ist öffentlich zugänglich!!
Wenn man mal weg fahren möchte schwierig da keine gekennzeichnete Plätze und jeder so Park wie er meint !

Poor check in poor check out. No staff present at check out. Staff cant speak english or pretend not to. Racist rude staff. No electric charging ports in rooms which is a shocker. A c blows hot air only. Fake check in instructions on platform when real time is 5 pm.

A 16 night stay.
Pros:

The location, the sea view, the ground floor bar/restaurant, help from the "boss" and a couple of other staff when needed. Also, possibly selfishly, at the start of my stay, I liked it best when things were pretty quiet with relatively few other guests & beach visitors.

Cons:

It wasn't a "deal breaker" but the music from local bars sometimes carried on (too loud for this OAP!) until daybreak. Also not a "deal breaker" but, presumably as the summer season progressed, things became much busier, particularly on the beach (which probably appeals to some more than others).
