The staff are exceptional. Always looking for ways to help and make the stay memorable. We arrived at low season, so the hotel was very quiet and nice. The swimming pool is well taken care of. The breakfast is good.

I had a wonderful stay at Rainforest Hotel by NSUN. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a perfect place to relax. The swimming pool was clean, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere.
The restaurant served delicious food with a good variety of local and international dishes. I especially enjoyed the cocktails at the poolside bar—they were refreshing, well presented, and perfect for enjoying by the pool.
The hotel's location is convenient, offering a quiet environment while still being close to Kampot's main attractions. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, making the overall experience even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend Rainforest Hotel by NSUN to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent facilities, great food, and outstanding hospitality. I look forward to staying here again.

The bed was fine
No hot water,
People swimming and drinking in the pool hours past the 9pm closure constantly.
Buffet breakfast paid for but not given.
The acoustics of the building are terrible,every noise and sound can be heard,from the gurgling of the pipes on every floor to someone's TV four doors down.
If you choose to stay here make sure you have the grab app as there is no tuktuk,remorque,taxi outside waiting to take you into town.
And just the share lack of care some of these issues were raised at the hotel.

Great location near the main sites and very close to nice places to eat.
Swimming pool was great for filling off in the mini heat wave.
Used the Grab app for Tuk Tuk / taxi. Same as uber. Cashless and seems a lot cheaper than cash / tourist price.

Water pooled in shower area.
Bedside lights were overhead, too high and bright.
Nothing in mini bar. The fridge wasn't cold.
Light on air-conditioning unit was bright during night.
Very disappointed that room wasn't serviced which meant no water left for me. Told afterwards that needed to hang notice on door handle which I've never come across before.

Pas vraiment d'options vegan au petit déjeuner (pommes de terre le premier matin, tomates le deuxième). Tous les plats salés contiennent des produits animaux.
