The location is fantastic being in the very centre of the city
The staff were very accommodating allowing us to store luggage and even helping charge an out of battery phone at the front desk.
The food was pretty varied and tasty.
The room was spacious and stylish with the shower being particularly nice.

Cons:

The buffet was unfortunately very crowded at breakfast. Having, for example, multiple coffee stations might help this.

Excelente localização, local muito sossegado situado num parque e o pequeno almoço com muitas e boas opções. Ótimas instalações de sauna e ginásio.

Lovely room in good location with friendly staff.
Pros:

Very nice room with nice view of the park. Great location for walking to many Helsinki attractions and restaurants. Very close to the tram to go to further places like the port. The lady on reception was very helpful and friendly. The sauna is very nice as well.

Pros:

Die Lage beim Park und nahe des Bahnhofs ist perfekt und mit dem Fenster in Richtung Seitenstraße auch sehr ruhig. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich.

Cons:

Man kann die Fenster nicht öffnen, um die angenehme Nachtluft zu genießen bzw. das Zimmer zu lüften - auch wenn man die Klimaanlage (bei Außentemperatur von 12 Grad !! - sehr energieeffizient.......) einschalten kann - das ersetzt in keinster Weise frische Luft. Dementsprechend riecht es im Zimmer bzw. im ganzen Hotel. Das ist eine mehr als unangenehme generelle Entwicklung in den "modernen" Hotels. Riesige Fenster - die man eigentlich nicht braucht - keine frische Luft.

Das Frühstück war eher mau. Frühstück gab es bis 11h, ab 10h wurde nichts mehr nachgelegt, wenn was aus war, dann war es aus......das Brot staubtrocken und geschmacklos, der Platz beim Buffet und den Sitzplätzen viel zu klein und zu eng für die Anzahl der Gäste. Preis-Leistung passt diesbezüglich nicht.
