Прекрасный современный отель в удобной локации, рекомендую!
Pros:

Выбирали этот отель второй раз именно из-за удобного места расположения. Понравился номер, вид из окна, тишина, чистота.

Cons:

Было бы прекрасно иметь в номере небольшой телевизор. Эта наша поездка совпала с ЧМ по футболу и нам пришлось искать, где посмотреть трансляции матчей.

Huoneessa kaikki tarvittavat, hiustenkuivaaja, astioita, uuni, kahvinkeitin. Mukavat sängyt, ilmastointi. Sijainti aivan metro-ja bussiaseman kyljessä. Hiljainen ainakin tuolloin. Henkilökunta vastasi nopeasti jos oli kysyttävää. Hinta kohdillaan.

Понравилось то, что рядом с отелем есть большой магазин. Рядом с отелем на соседней улице можно было припарковать машину бесплатно. Рядом остановка общественного транспорта. Есть большая кухня для всех.

Cons:

- nie posprzątano pokoju ani razu podczas tygodniowego pobytu (raz zostawiono mi papier i wyniesiono śmieci, a sprzątanie było mi zaproponowane popołudniu przedostatniego dnia, kiedy właściwie już nie było to potrzebne ze względu na wyjazd)
- w piątek wieczorem jedna z wind przestała działać i przez weekend jej nie naprawiono

Iso ja siisti huone. Huoneessa on vedenkeitin, kahvinkeitin, jääkaappi, pakastin, tiskikone, kaikenlaisia astioita jne. Riittävästi monta pistorasiaa. Tosi iso vaatekaappi. Tosi hyvä äänieristys, vaikka hotelli sijaitsee radan vieressä. Ilmaiset pöytäpelit ja biljardi vastaanottotiskin vastapäätä.

Cons:

Hotellin ravintola oli suljettu kesän aikana, ja henkilökunta ei voi ehdottaa hotellin lähellä olevia hyviä ruokapaikkoja. Toisaalta, Prisma on aivan lähellä, ostimme ruokaa sieltä. Huone ehkä kaipaa mikroa.

Home away from home!
Pros:

This was our third time staying at Noli Malmi and there's a reason we keep returning. Helsinki is an expensive city but staying at Noli Malmi is very affordable (especially if you're planning on staying for a week or more) and incredible value. The studio was clean and modern and since the building is situated directly next to the Malmi bus and train stations, getting to Helsinki city center (or anywhere else in Helsinki) is quick and easy. Bistro Palo which is situated on the ground floor offers awesome burgers and a buffet for lunch as well as brunch on weekends. Highly recommended!
We greatly appreciated the fact that it is now possible to opt out of housekeeping services during your stay so we could sleep in without the fear of housekeeping disturbing us.

Cons:

On check-out day, housekeeping still knocked on the studio's door while I was showering despite the do-not-disturb button being pressed. There was also a slight sewer smell from the sink. Since we never had this problem in any of the other studios we stayed in in previous years it might be a good idea to check the pipes regularly.
