Pros:

The room looked nice, modern and bright

Cons:

I hated the room the moment I opened the door. The disgusting smell of fish within the place was awful!! Thankfully I stayed only one night. Will surely never stop by again.
There’s also no physical personnel upon arrival (15.00) and no parking available on spot unless you staying for longer periods.

Cons:

We specifically requested a double bed when booking, but the hotel simply pushed two single beds together with a mattress topper. The beds kept separating during use, making it extremely uncomfortable and impossible to sleep properly.

We checked in around 3 PM and left the hotel only two hours later because we could not stay comfortably. Unfortunately, there was no staff member available at reception when we left to report the issue.

Despite not staying overnight and having to book another hotel at our own expense, we were still charged the full amount.

The most disappointing part was that the hotel considers this setup a “standard double bed.” Guests should be clearly informed in advance that a double bed request does not mean an actual double bed.

Very disappointing experience and poor customer satisfaction handling.

Pros:

Excellent facilities. Very clean. Good sound proofing.

Cons:

Location wasn’t the best. But right next to the train station. Trains were very frequent into Helsinki.

Pros:

Siisti. Tarvittavat välineet kokkaukseen ja syömiseen. Suihkusta tuli tarpeeksi lämmintä vettä.
Sisäänkirjautuminen sujui suht helposti.
