Good hotel in capital city - ideal for a short stay
Pros:

It was a good experience with comfortable beds, spacious rooms and a good (but not great) breakfast buffet. The location was very convenient. Pool was nice too!

We dropped our room card off when checking out as the reception guy was asleep and couldn’t be woken

Room heated up and night and early morning bathroom floor and walls become really hot it was hard to go into breakfast food was very average had an omelette it was full with raw onion not something I would eat for breakfast

Perfect stay, great staff, super location
Pros:

The staff was exceptionally nice and the location close to the royal palace can’t be beaten. Beautiful rooftop pool and great views to the city from certain rooms 😎

I wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately

It was new and clean

Cons:

The first room we were given was so hot and small - could not fit 2 suitcases in it. We requested to be moved but were told no other rooms available. Spent a very uncomfortable hot night - the air conditioning did not work well. The next morning we requested to be moved again and they found a room which was much better.

Alles was Goed .
Pros:

Bij aankomst in het hotel stond het personeel ons al op te wachten , uiterst vriendelijk .We konden kiezen tussen een blinde muur op waar je uitkeek dat was op de derde etage ( met balkon )of:

Level 4
Geen balkon maar een standaard kleine kamer , die ik ook geboekt had met genius 2 , booking.com…

We hebben toch voor de blinde muur gekozen , uit de hoek van balkon kon je nog iets van de straat zien.
Personeel die zei wel 10 x Sorry , maar voor ons was het verder ok .Mede door De vriendelijkheid van De mendengar die dasar werken.

Perfect stay
Pros:

We had such a wonderful stay at Glow Park Palace Hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is modern, spotless, and in a great location, making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere.

What really stood out was the kindness of the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. They truly made us feel at home.

The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the overall service was exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended, and we would happily stay here again on our next visit!
