Best studio with good location. Its very welcoming place and clean.
Pros:

Everything is good 👍 here.
Close to the Sohka Beach 🏖️
The neighborhood is Khmer and quiet.
Lovely place between Chinese skyscrapers and casinos.

Great view
Pros:

View and location, and high floor, great pool.

Cons:

The cleaner named "Hath" was very rude when I asked for help after we left our towels in the rooms after checkout.
Took a long time to exit the carport in our car because it was unknownly not added to our booking.
Security guard at exit not helpful.

No safe...balcony doors can't lock, had to carry valuables around the street.

Small problems, but definitely stay again.

🚫 The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!

The room was full of bedbugs – I got bitten all over my body.
Photos are completely fake – nothing looks like the pictures.
The place is very dirty, no cleaning at all.
Staff were rude, didn’t help, and never apologized.
They don’t accept credit cards – only cash, which they didn’t mention before.
Avoid this hotel at all costs. Total scam and health hazard.
