Olen tyytyväinen oleskeluun hotellissa, mutta aamiaiskokemuksen takia en ehkä tule uudelleen.
Pros:

Saapumisemme reseptionisti (ei alunperin suomalainen) oli mukava ja palvelualtis. Aamiaisella tarjoilija May ansaitsee erityismaininnan: hän näki vaivaa kaikin puolin ja järjesti mm. soijajugurttia, kun sitä ei ollut valmiina saatavilla. Hotellin sisätilat olivat kauniit, kuten odotettua. Huonepalvelu toimi loistavasti: listalla ei ollut valmiiksi gluteenitonta ja vegaania syötävää, mutta puhelinpalvelija kysyi asiasta kokilta, joka loihti upeat parsarisotot.

Cons:

Aamiaisella oli harmillisen niukka valikoima gluteenittomalle vegaanille, ja asiaa korosti se, että kukaan tarjoilija ei puhunut suomea ja useimmat myös puhuivat englantia hankalalla korostuksella, joten ruoista oli vaikea kysyäkään. May oli ainoa, joka oikeasti halusi ottaa asian omakseen ja myös puhui hyvää englantia. Oli myös pettymys, että aamiainen ei enää ollut isossa kristallikruunusalissa, kuten Seurahuoneen aikana, vaan tilassa, jollaisia löytyy kaikista hotelleista.

Amazing!
Pros:

Location was excellent. The room was so spacious and the lighting was amazing! The receptionist was friendly as well. Really enjoyed our stay.

I would have really liked this property if you could have accommodated my date change— instead I had to pay for 2 full n
Pros:

Great location, nice room and overall property— outside patio is fantastic.

Cons:

Service in the inside bar and terrace lounge was inadequate. Need more servers who can be attentive to all tables. I had to get up twice to order another glass of wine and we had to go to the bar to close out our tab as our server was nowhere to be found for quite a while.

Overall, very good hotel. I few minor tweaks would make it an excellent hotel for a city break stay.
Pros:

I appreciate the hotel was going to heavily feature Finnish food. It would have been nice to have a few more western cuisine options. There was just a small selection of cereals & breads. Also, my bratwurst was cold from the pot it was served in. I mentioned this to the chef. Nothing was mentioned to me beyond that.

Family room was excellent. Large, comfortable, easy access to the lifts. Only downside is I was charged E40 per night for this.

Great hotel, near Train station, a bit pricey
Pros:

Really close to train station, many restaurants and shops to go nearby, modern and good-looking hotel and room. Sauna is there in the hotel. Staffs in reception are also really nice and helpful.

Cons:

It's a bid hard to find the entrance since it is a big building in the corner. A bit pricey.

Kansainvälinen tunnelma
Pros:

Monipuolinen aamiainen,hyvä sänky ja tyynyt. Suurin osa henkilökunnasta ei puhu suomea. Oli pettymys,kun menimme spahan klo 17 ja meille sanottiin,että meidän huoneemme pakettiin ei kuulu spa tähän aikaan,vaan vasta klo 20. Jätimme menemättä.
