Excellent overall!
Pros:

Super convenient location just a stone throw away from the main train station and ideally located for restaurants, shops etc. The staff were super helpful and friendly especially Kata in the restaurant. Will definitely recommend to family and friends

Çok iyi konum, çok iyi otel.
Pros:

2 çocuğumuzla 2 büyük yataklı aile odasında konakladık. Otelin konumu çok iyi. Otel ve odalar çok güzeldi. Kahvaltı gayet güzeldi, kahvaltı personeli çok güleryüzlü ve profesyoneldi. Çok memnun kaldık, tekrar gidersek kesinlikle aynı otelde kalacağız.

Lovely reception staff, rooms were clean and best location. Highly recommend utilising spa and gym facilities

Cons:

Restaurant staff not as friendly and often ignored us during our stay which was a shame as everyone else working in the hotel were lovely.

Exzellentes Hotel mitten im Stadtzentrum
Pros:

Nettes Personal, Grosses, sauberes, gut eingerichtetes Gästezimmer, Dusch-WC, gratis Wasser-Flasche, Kaffer und Croissants gratis bei der Rezeption beim Auschecken, sehr gute Lage d.h. in der Nähe vom Hbf. und Stadtzentrum

Amplitud, buen servicio y paz en el centro de Helsinki
Pros:

La habitación muy amplia, bonita, limpia y con cosas de cortesía. La tele fantástica y el ban̈o igual. El personal fue muy atento. La ubicación del hotel es muy céntrica, junto a la estación, llegamos sin problemas en tren aunque el avión aterrizó a medianoche.
