また機会があれば泊まりたいホテルです。
Pros:

AIに旅のプランを相談したところ、強く勧められたのでこのホテルを予約しました。ヘルシンキ中央駅からすぐ近くでどこに出かけるにも便利。部屋は清潔で、居心地良く、朝食も毎朝楽しみにできるくらい美味しかったです。

Four day stay at Helsinki.
Pros:

The hotel is quite old, but it has been renovated to a good standard. One thing that left a negative impression was the receptionist, who immediately pointed out how small the room we had booked was and offered us an upgrade for an additional €20 per night. In reality, the room was of a perfectly adequate size for two people.

Cons:

The room itself was comfortable, although it was located quite far from both the reception and the hotel’s main entrance. Another downside was that the windows could not be opened, so we had to rely on the air conditioning throughout our stay, which was not particularly pleasant.

A very comfortable and enjoyable stay in a great location
Pros:

Beautifully restored old building with additions. Staff extremely helpful, breakfast buffet excellent and waiting staff charming and attentive.
Our room was very nice with a huge bathroom.
The only negative really was that the restaurant was not open in the evening during our stay although a limited menu was available in the bar area.

Cons:

The only negative was the restaurant not open during our stay - Sunday to Wednesday.

A great comfortable stay.
Pros:

Excellent location! The gym and spa was great. Breakfast very good with buffet and À la carte option.

This was our second visit here and not as good as first one. Poor concierge this time. Gave us wrong info about breakfast prices. He did not give us a warm welcome.
There were renovations going on in sitting area.
