Good location
Pros:

Great location near the harbour, not too far to walk to the city. Nice Columbian breakfast. Room quite spacious.

Cons:

Bed is very small for 2 adults. Pillows were terrible. Air circulation system was very noisy when trying to sleep. Very small bathroom

Perfect studio apartment for short stays

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta y los servicios que se ofrecen.

Cons:

No había servicio de limpieza de habitación. De cinco días que estuvimos solo nos hicieron un día la habitación. El desayuno no nos gustó. Eran empanadillas y tortitas de carne, algo de ensalada, algo de fruta, nada típico de la zona.

Essere davvero a casa a Helsinki
Pros:

La struttura è nuovissima e molto ben organizzata negli spazi comuni (comuni sono anche alcune attrezzature, come il phon, l'aspirapolvere...). Abbiamo soggiornato in un micro appartamento completo (quasi) di tutto; la cucina ci ha consentito di fare la colazione in camera (ci sono buoni supermercati nelle vicinanza). Ottima la posizione a Katajanokka, specie se si arriva a Helsinki con un traghetto Viking Line

Cons:

Due piccole cose da migliorare.
L'arredo della camera, un po' troppo 'spartano': nella nostra mancavano un secondo comodino e una seconda abat-jour, così come qualche piano d'appoggio e un 'cavalletto' per appoggiare la valigia.
Un po' elaborato il self check-in (quando si arriva non si ha voglia di passare minuti a digitare su un terminale anche un po' scomodo): non è possibile dare l'opportunità di farlo online?

Понравилось что цивильно, современно, чисто и есть Рум сервис, сауна , тренажерка

Cons:

Стиральные машины не в номере, а внизу и по графику надо пользоваться ими, и двуспальная большая кровать это две односпальные кровати соединенные, неудобно спать было

Great place to stay in Helsinki.
Pros:

Noli Katajanokka was perfect for our stay in Helsinki with our dog. There were parks nearby with dog sections. Our EV could be charged in it's own bay and we had a washing machine and laundry access to wash and dry clothes. It's a 10 minute walk into the market square, a Columbian café in the building and K Market in the next block. The staff were friendly and helpful, we can definitely recommend Noli!

Cons:

Could you put a bread knife in the cutlery drawer.

It was very clean and cozy. Room had very nice furniture and other accomodations. Like the idea of common tools present on service stations on each floor. The common areas were also very nice and the various phone booths and workspaces were very good.

Cons:

Missing spare garbage bags in room and maybe some short description of Finish recycling and garbage separation standards.

Easy place for a longer stay. Great amenities
Pros:

Quieter part of the city but still easy access to everything. Gym was a proper gym. The sauna! Shared facilities were clean and comfy. Work spaces were very useful. Staff was great.
