An absolutely perfect hotel with an excellent location and the most welcoming, helpful and friendly staff you could wish for. The room and the hotel itself were exceptionally well equipped, offering everything you could possibly need. The amenities included a Finnish sauna, jacuzzi, gym, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and even bicycle rental, all included in the price. Breakfast was a real pleasure, with a delicious selection and incredibly friendly service. This place is truly a little paradise on Earth! I have never experienced such a wonderful atmosphere in any other hotel. An unforgettable stay that exceeded all expectations. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend this place to everyone!
Excellent communication. Our car (Fiat Doblo) was too tall for the garage in this building (1.7m max) byt they organised a space in the next building where we fit easily. The bed was comfortable.
I like the idea of shared resources that you don't use much (e.g. vacuum, iron etc).
Location is great, close to supermarkets, restaurants and the attractions we wanted to walk to. Viking Ferry terminal is just down the road.
Checkin was annoying. The room was quite cold for us and the AC can't be adjusted. They did provide a portable.radiator for us to use. Not having a tv in the room was annoying when we wanted to relax in pyjamas atbthe end of the day. Lack of bedside tables and well placed power points for charging devices.

Huoneesta puuttui perusvarustukseen kuuluvia välineitä, kuntosalikortit puuttuivat myös. Miesten sauna oli pois käytöstä. Sisäänkirjautuminen ei ole kovin nopea ja vaivaton. laitteen ovat niin matalalla, että irkän henkilön on niitä vaikea käyttää.
The hotel was really clean and comfortable, I really liked that there was even a small kitchen, didn’t use it as my stay was quite short, but the possibility is everything!
From the terrace once you leave sauna, there is a nice view
A woman that was working in the information point was extremely friendly!!
The only thing that men sauna wasn’t available but I guess it’s temporary.
I also don’t like this self check in system, but it’s just my personal preference, as i prefer face to face contact. It’s anyway quite intuitive
Beautiful and clean accommodation near the city center with opportunity of spa (sauna, hot-tub)
The only con was central air condition - my visit was in October (outside temperature below 10 celsius at night) and i could not turn off AC or somehow warm the room. Temperatur shows 21 celsius, but the wind from AC was cooler and the fan was noisy

Tv puuttui, huonot tyynyt. Keittiön hana lähes irti, toinen jalkalamppu rikki (tanko irti), suihuseinänän kiinnitys irti.
Hyvällä sijainnilla, lähellä ratikka sekä 24/7 Ruokakauppa. Rauhallinen paikka. Aamiainen oli mukavan erilainen, kolumbialaispainotteinen.
Tv:n olisin kaivannut huoneeseen ja tunnin aikaisemmin aamiaiselle.

Light in the bathroom was not working well, fans are located on each floor, but some of them are defect.
