IT IS NOT A HOTEL !!!! NO RECEPTION NO ELEVATOR.
Cons:

This is SCAM not Hotel. Don't know who gives the permission to add the word hotel and it is really disappointing that people leave 5 stars to this.
I m explaining:

1. The price was misleading: Booking.com showed a total price of €54, but I was charged 5,400 ALL, which resulted in a €58.63 charge on my card. There were no additional fees from my bank. The owner told me that he would refund the difference, but he never did and eventually stopped responding.

2. It is not really a hotel: The property is basically rooms in a building, and it is quite difficult to find. There is no proper hotel reception.

3. No reception / difficult access: You have to call someone to come and open the entrance for you. This is not what I expected when booking a hotel.

4. No hot water: There was no hot water available for the shower during my stay, which is a basic necessity and completely unacceptable.

5. No elevator: The building has no elevator, so carrying luggage up the stairs is inconvenient.

Overall, the experience was disappointing. The property did not feel like a proper hotel, there were basic facilities missing, and the issue with the price was not resolved despite the owner's promise to refund me. I would not recommend staying here.

I had a lovely stay overall :)
Pros:

Great location. Beautiful little room

Cons:

There was just a sheet on the bed, no blanket in the closet as an option. I had to turn off the AC 2 of my 3 nights but then also woke up hours later too warm so I struggled to find the right temperature (August)

Worth the money, close to everything.
Pros:

It is absolutely clean and very modern looking room. SafetyThe bathroom is also clean and equipped with hair-drier. There are also safe deposit box and mini-fridge which work just fine.

Cons:

Loud noise from the hallway (despite notification of the quiet time after 10 pm) and could hear the sound from the bathroom nextdoor.

Cons:

Difficile da trovare perché non è un hotel ma una specie di b&b sono solamente stanze in mezzo ad un appartamento 3/4 piano senza ascensore. Molto molto sporco.
