Non sono rimasto soddisfatto del servizio offerto dalla struttura. Al momento del soggiorno ho riscontrato diverse differenze rispetto a quanto indicato e mostrato su Booking. Inoltre, non ho avuto la possibilità di usufruire della colazione, nonostante fosse stata regolarmente pagata e inclusa nella prenotazione. Ritengo quindi che il servizio ricevuto non sia stato all’altezza di quanto promesso al momento della prenotazione.

Disappointing experience – rigid policies and constant extra costs
While the location is nice, our family experience was quite disappointing due to poor service, strict restrictions, and unexpected fees.
Unexpected fees: We were surprised to find that basic amenities required extra payment. Both parking and sunbeds at the property incurred daily fees (€15 and €10 per day, respectively), which felt excessive on top of the room price.
Absurd food & drink restrictions: Upon check-in, we were required to sign a document strictly prohibiting us from bringing any outside food or drinks into the room—even though the room contains a refrigerator. Guests are expected to buy exclusively from the hotel's restaurant and bar, which is completely unreasonable for a holiday accommodation.
Overall, the management's pushy commercial approach and rigid environment made us feel very unwelcome. Not recommended.

İşletme sahibi çok misafirperver değildi, odalara günlük su bırakılmıyordu ve söylemediğimiz sürece çarşaflar değiştirilmiyordu. Genel olarak kısmen memnun kaldık.

Este alojamento acabou por me deixar um pouco a desejar. Pelas fotografias, esperava encontrar melhores condições no quarto, pelo que a realidade ficou um pouco aquém das expectativas.

A localização é boa para quem procura ficar numa zona turística e com movimento, mas, para quem prefere tranquilidade e umas férias mais zen, talvez não seja a melhor opção.

O grande destaque vai, sem dúvida, para a simpatia e disponibilidade de todos os funcionários. Desde a receção, às meninas do bar e à equipa responsável pela limpeza dos quartos, todos foram extremamente prestáveis, atenciosos e simpáticos durante a nossa estadia.

O pequeno-almoço não é em formato buffet, mas existe um menu diferente todos os dias. Apesar disso, foi sempre delicioso e muito bem preparado.

A praia fica mesmo em frente ao hotel, o que é uma grande vantagem. Para quem quiser usufruir das espreguiçadeiras, o custo é de 5€ por pessoa.

Nous avons séjourné ici une nuit. Ce n'était pas prévu à l'origine, mais comme le trajet en voiture entre Vlorë et Saranda était assez long, nous avons décidé de chercher un hébergement à la dernière minute.

Quelle merveilleuse surprise ! Nous avons eu une grande chambre familiale avec une vue frontale imprenable sur la mer. Le petit-déjeuner avec vue sur mer était délicieux et très copieux.

L'emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de la promenade en bord de mer, avec de nombreux restaurants et cafés à proximité.

Nous n'y sommes restés qu'une nuit, mais nous aurions volontiers passé une semaine ici. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Det var lite konstigt att man inte fick ha alkohol och mat på rummet trots kylskåp. AC läkte mkt vatten vilket gjorde att golvet på balkongen var halt.

Odotimme lämmintä vastaanottoa perhehotellista, mutta saimmekin sen sijaan listan sääntöjä ensimmäisenä.
Pros:

Bookingista varausta tehdessä emme tienneet, että hotellilla on omat säännöt, jotka joudumme saapuessa allekirjoittaa. Tässä muutama esimerkki…. Huoneessa on jääkaappi mutta hotelliin ei saa sääntöjen mukaan/sakon uhalla tuoda mitään syötävää tai juotavaa, ei edes vettä. Sääntörikkomuksen vuoksi (hotelliin ei saa tulla ulkopuolisia) sekä lapseni, että minä saimme puhuttelun hotellin johtajalta. Lapseni meinasi hakea serkkujensa (yöpyivät naapuri hotelissa) kanssa huoneestamme paitansa, tämä oli kuulemma turvallisuusriski. Sääntöjä oli pitkä lista, nämä pitää ehdottomasti tulla asiakkaan tietoon varausta tehdessä. Yritimme perua varausta koko viikon mutta hotellin johto oli yhteistyöhaluton.

Cons:

Amerikkailainen aamupala on valmiiksi sinulle valittu/lautaselle katettu ja hyvin samankaltainen joka aamu. Lähikaupat notkuu herkullisia hedelmiä mutta vesimeloni oli ainut hedelmä mitä saimme viikon aikana.
