Charming hotel, fantastic customer service
Pros:

Amazing customer service, lovely rooms and great, central but quiet location. Breakfast is standard continental and very tasty.
Hotel staff friendly and very quick to respond to any queries, helped us with booking taxis, restaurant reservations and general tips and advice for whatever we needed.
Rooms spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable, had a great night's sleep.

Cons:

Nothing to criticise, we had a great time.

Sehr empfehlenswert – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Besonders positiv war die Organisation: Wir sind versehentlich einen Tag zu früh angereist und die Rezeptionistin wusste sofort Bescheid, dass für diesen Tag eigentlich keine Reservierung vorlag. Sie hat aber direkt eine unkomplizierte Lösung gefunden und uns noch ein Zimmer für die zusätzliche Nacht organisierte. Sehr lösungsorientiert und freundlich! Natürlich ist uns bewusst, dass so etwas in der Hochsaison nicht unbedingt möglich sein muss/kann.

Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig, mit Klimaanlage, eigenem Bad, viel Ablagefläche und einem bequemen Bett.

Das Frühstück ist zwar klein, aber dafür sehr fein und völlig ausreichend.

Die zentrale Lage ist ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt – vieles in Tirana ist problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders gut fanden wir auch die Tipps im Zimmer und den QR-Code, über den man Fragen stellen und Empfehlungen bekommen konnte. Dadurch konnte man den Aufenthalt und die Erkundung von Tirana noch besser planen.

Auch die Sicherheit war sehr gut: Die Zugänge zu den Bereichen waren per Code gesichert und es waren Kameras vorhanden.

Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert. Wenn es uns wieder nach Tirana verschlägt, würden wir definitiv wieder hier übernachten!

Would stay again!
Pros:

I aways do my diligence picking up more information from reviews rather than what each property says about themselves. I was in Tirana for 4 nights and read nothing but praise for Faces & Places and I can now add to it.
Every single employee was excellent, went out of their way to make sure guests were taken care of. Every request taken care of like the best and closest place to do laundry, allowing me to check in early and check out late., and sending good personalized information on WhatsApp
The cleaning folks were top notch, the manager of the kitchen, awesome. I would without hesitation stay here again and would recommend you do as well.
Now if there is a down side, the bottom units (of which I was in) faced into a small courtyard, Natural light but no direct sunlight. Easy fix, just request a second-floor room

Angenehmes Hotel für kurzen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einer kleinen, ruhigeren Seitenstraße. Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants sind in kurzer Zeit fußläufig zu erreichen. Ebenfalls befindet sich ein Spar Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Innenhof. Dies war sehr klein, aber für zwei Nächte komplett ausreichend. Am Morgen war es im Innenhof angenehm kühl.

Das Frühstück war, im Gegensatz zu unseren vorherigen Unterkünften in Albanien, eher kontinental gehalten. Es gab ausreichend und schmeckte gut.

Das Personal war insgesamt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren schon vor unserer angenommen Ankunftszeit und der regulären Check-In-Zeit da, unser Zimmer war bereits fertig und wir durften einchecken.

Cons:

Der Innenhof steht zum Rauchen zur Verfügung, wodurch der Rauch bei offenem Fenster ins Zimmer gelangen kann.

Очень стильный и уютный номер.

Zentral gelegen: 10 Min zu Fuß zum Busbahnhof, Parken im Hof oder 50m nebenan auf kostenpflichtigen bewachtem Parkplatz.

Sehr modernes Hotel, toller Frühstücksservice

Cons:

Wir hatten das Zimmer neben der Rezeption/Eingang - leider haben sich hier einige Gäste nachts unterhalten was direkt im Zimmer zu hören war.
