Exceptionnel ! Un havre de paix en plein centre ville !

Son emplacement en plein centre ville mais au calme. Un véritable havre de paix.
Nous y avons séjourné 2 nuits à notre arrivée et nous avons tellement apprécié que nous avons décidé d’y retourner avant notre départ. La chambre familiale Tirana (toutes les chambres ont des noms de villes albanaises) était très agréable et spacieuse. Baignée de lumière, il y avait même un petit balcon. Des bouteilles d’eau nous attendaient dans le frigo et nous avons également pu garer notre voiture de location dans la cour.
Personnel adorable et bienveillant. Mon fils avait oublié un collier au départ et il a de suite été retrouvé et mis de côté.
On nous a permis de faire un Check out tardif de manière exceptionnelle et c’était très appréciable.

Cons:

Rien. Tout était parfait ! Je recommande vivement.

Simple, relaxing, welcoming, affordable. Perfect for your Tirana visit.
Pros:

We stayed two nights and wish it could have been longer. The staff, the breakfast, the sharp decor, the room amenities, the peacefulness--everything about Faces & Places is fantastic. The front desk host was an exceptionally bright and helpful person who was delight to talk with. She welcomed us as if we were friends. We stayed in the Tirana room. It's pretty dang sweet.

Cons:

We liked everything. It's cliche to say that, but sometimes cliches are accurate.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff very nice and the breakfast great.
Pros:

As soon as we arrived, Megi made us feel genuinely welcome. She greeted us warmly and kindly offered to upgrade our room, when seeing that we had large suitcases and would be staying for three nights. Throughout our stay, she went above and beyond to help us with planning our trip. We found our selves chatting for far longer than we had planned, each time we saw her. Her kindness and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is beautiful, cosy and the breakfast very nice.

De l’accueil de la réception jusqu’au confort et la propreté des lieux.
Très bon petit déjeuner!
L’emplacement est également idéal, près du centre à pied, mais à l’écart des grosses zones touristiques.

Hôtel super sympa
Pros:

Super localisation, l’hôtel est entièrement rénové, c’était une très belle surprise à notre arrivée!
Le personnel a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable, et ils nous ont même servi le petit déjeuner avant les horaires habituels car on partait tôt ! Allez y les yeux fermés!

A bit style over substance for me
Pros:

Rooms as pictured and bed was comfortable

Cons:

The hotel didn’t have the usual amenities / basics you would expect e.g. no bedside lamps for reading, no room service etc. There also wasn’t anyone at reception desk in the morning when we had to checkout, so no guidance or support in how to book a taxi etc.

Cosy boutique hotel with staff who go above and beyond
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay for two nights. They let us into our rooms early after a long morning and a delayed flight. They went above and beyond to help us with laundry and special thanks to Megi for getting car hire quotes and contacts for us. This made our holiday so much more relaxing knowing we had that sorted. The location is in a local neighbourhood just a short walk from the main attractions. The room is cosy and has everything you will need (I would pick an outward facing room next time though). The breakfast is very nice, simple but filling. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to any one looking for modern, clean and comfortable accommodation in Tirana :)

Cons:

Minor issues: Our door locked but had a small gap where the wood has warped. The room windows face inwards to an internal courtyard, would be nice if the windows could be tinted so the curtains could be opened while having some privacy.
