Pros:

Super accueil et service au top. Ma fille avait oublié sa jupe et ils ont faire le maximum pour nous l’envoyer à Saranda, le manager a pris en charge les frais de l’envoi encore milles mercis à eux. Nôtre séjour était très agréable en partie grâce à leur professionnalisme.

Estaba limpio y las camas eran buenas

Cons:

Tenía 2 habitaciones y una de ella me vendieron la moto de que me daban una mejor habitación pero lo que me dieron fue una peor que la contratada, ya que tenía 2 superiores.
No había agua ni te de cortesía aunque decían que tenían
Solo había 2 toallas grandes y una pequeña toda deshilachada y vieja. Como mínimo a mi entender debería de tener 2 grandes y al menos 2 pequeñas
El desayuno era normal pero no era de un hotel de 5 estrellas
La televisión no tenía internet, por lo que no pude utilizar ninguna plataforma

nous avons pris la chambre triple (un couple + 1 personne, ce que je vois conseille vraiment pas de faire d’ailleurs) et tout était bien, les lits confortables, la chambres fraîche des qu’on arrive, la salle de bain nickel
