Ci tengo a precisare che la mia recensione negativa non è assolutamente riferita allo staff perché me ne rendo conto che non c’entrano nulla ed erano gentili tutti. La camera scomoda e soprattutto senza una finestra, 4 notti/ 5 giorni al buio totale. C’era uno spazio che al primo impatto sembrava un balcone, solo che era un mezzo muro di vetro come divisore più che altro, che divideva la camera con con il bar dove tutto il giorno c’era una marea di gente che parlava e fumava. Attaccato all’altro muro della camera , c’era il bancone e alle 6-7 di mattina sentivi già il rumore classico del bar e i mille caffè, puzza di sigaretta ovunque tutto il giorno. Regole stupide che non si può mangiare in camera per gli odori hanno detto, però la puzza fissa della sigaretta da tutte le parti quello però nessuna precauzione. Il ricevimento all’ altro lato del muro dove c’era la testa del letto e già dalla prima mattina e di notte il campanello che suonava la gente quando cercava qualcuno o vari rumori di tutta l gente che entra e usciva e passava per il corridoio di fronte la camera per il bar. Certe cose vanno segnalate, c’è gente che non piace stare al buio, con aria condizionata sempre accesa, rumoroso ogni ora e non tutti sono fumatori. Apire la porta del suddetto balcone per luce e aria anche no. La colazione poverissima, 340 euro per 4 notti è una vergogna. Mi sono fatta ingannare dalle recensioni. Poi ho letto dopo che altre camere matrimoniali standard come la mia hanno segnalato i stessi problemi e nonostante tutto non si è fatto nulla per migliorare. Il bagno non c’era modo dove appendere un asciugamano. Non ho mai visto, nemmeno negli altri alberghi a Tirana, un 4 stelle senza un bollitore nemmeno, code per l’ascensore essendo un condominio di 20 piani e altri uffici e bar bistrot. Non lo consiglierò a nessuno.

Pros:

Interior del hotel agradable, pero l'habitació tenia deteriorament en mobiliari, funcionament de llums, drenatge de la dutxa,... Esmorzar força bé. Bona atenció del personal. Accés pot ser una mica complicat per necessitat de passar per carrers estrets en un entorn de poca disciplina viaria. Tothom aparca on li sembla !
