Cons:

Non lo considererei un hotel a 5 stelle. Servizio svogliato e non professionale. Dicono di avere la spa ma non si può definire tale, tantochè il bagno turco puzzava e la sauna era fredda 😂 (entrambi piccolissimi oltretutto). In camera risaliva l’odore dello scarico e rilasciava puzza nella stanza. Oltretutto hanno provato ad addebitarmi sulla carta senza autorizzazione anche 700€ in piu. Assolutamente sconsigliatissimo

My stay was perfect the staff was lovely

Pool 10/10 der Rest 3/10
Pros:

Der Pool mit dem Ausblick war sehr schön

Cons:

Von der Rezeption zu unserem Zimmer mussten wir verschiedene Aufzüge nutzen mit weiten Wegen dazwischen und Fluren bei denen sehr spät erst das Licht angeht. Gerade der Flur durch die Kunstgalerie ist im Dunkeln gruselig und man fühlt sich wie nachts im Museum. Dass man immer die Zimmerkarte im Aufzug hinhalten muss sogar wenn man nur zur Rezeption will, nervt extrem da der Sensor die Karte nur noch vielen Versuchen annimmt. Im Frühstück wurde allen Gästen der Kaffee an den Tisch gebracht außer uns obwohl wir nachgefragt haben. Die Cocktails in der Rodrigo Lounge haben nach Saft geschmeckt wir haben pornstar Martini bestellt und nicht mal das kleine Glas mit Sekt dazu bekommen. Die duschen gingen am zweiten Tag nur noch kochend heiß und wir konnten unser Zimmer nicht absperren.
