Лучший вид на Тирану. Роскошная атмосфера, музыка и бассейн на террасе. Удобная кровать.

أقمنا في فندق Arka Art Hotel في تيرانا خلال رحلتنا العائلية. عند الوصول فوجئنا بتخصيص غرفتين متباعدتين (209 و213) رغم أننا عائلة مكونة من 6 أفراد مع أطفال، مما سبب لنا إزعاجًا وتوترًا وعدم راحة في بداية الإقامة. بعد تقديم شكوى للفندق، اعترفت الإدارة بالمشكلة وأبدت استعدادها للبحث عن بدائل مناسبة. ورغم محاولة المعالجة، فقد تأثرت تجربتنا الأولى في الفندق بسبب سوء توزيع الغرف وعدم مراعاة احتياجات الأسرة. بالمقابل يتميز الفندق بموقع جيد في مركز تيرانا وقربه من المعالم الرئيسية، إلا أن تجربة تسجيل الدخول وتخصيص الغرف كانت دون المستوى المتوقع لعائلة كبيرة.

La chambre elle est très belle et spacieuse la vue elle est très jolie la piscine elle est magnifique.

Pros:

The view from top was really sureal and I really liked the way how art was the priority for the property. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful.

Cons:

There was no full length mirror in the room and also less light in the bathroom and no extra light near the washbasin so couldn't dress up.
