Pros:

Hotel nuovo in posizione strategica nei pressi di tutte le attrazioni di Tirana e a pochi passi da caffetterie e ristoranti. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Cons:

Consiglierei nuove asciugamani, quelle presenti sono davvero consumate, non consone ad un hotel 4 stelle.
E poi possibilità di poter scegliere un cuscino meno duro.

Locatie was ok, en personeel was vriendelijk

Cons:

Slechte service, brand alarm ging op een middernacht tijdens het slapen meer als 2u lang af en zonder begeleiding moest iedereen paniekerig zelf evacueren en bij de receptie zat een jonge die geen raad weet vermoedelijk een minderjarige die zelf in paniek was die niet weet hoe hij de gasten moest begeleiden en niet wist wat er gaande was, geen communicatie om ons tot rust te stellen en in de uren dat de brand alarm constant af ging kwam er ook geen enkel hulp diensten( geen security, geen brandweer en ook geen politie). Er kwam na enkele uren een Technieker die iets kwam fixen om de alarm af te zetten. Nadien kon iedereen zonder enige uitleg terug naar de kamer. Er is ook nooit een communicatie over geweest en ook geen begeleiding om te vragen hoe het verder met de gasten gaat.
