Paaridele ehk enam-vähem, peredele kindlasti ei soovita.
Pros:

Bassein meeldis väga. Autole oli piisavalt parkimisruumi. Vaade oli meeldiv merevaatega toas. Kohvi oli hea.

Cons:

Arveldamine ainult sularahas. Hommikusöök oleks võinud olla mitmekesisem ning parem. Peale basseini olemasolu ei vastanud midagi 4 tärni hotelli standardile. Personal polnud alati abivalmis (tuima olekuga, passiivne ning saabumisel hotelli polnud seda tunnet, et oleks teretulnud). Toa suurus oli väga pisike, ruumi liikumiseks ei olnud väga palju. Basseini kohta oli kirjas, et on avatud 10:00-21:00, kui saabusime hotelli kell 20:30, öeldi, et bassein on juba kinni. Sipelgad olid toas ning kraanikauss vannitoas lekkis. Külmkapp oli toas, aga minibaari ei olnud. Hommikusöök kella 8-10:00 (võiks olla puhkusel olijatele pigem kella 12ni).

O experiență extraordinară – cu siguranță vom reveni!

Am avut o ședere de 3 nopți și pot spune sincer că am fost plăcut surprinsă de tot ceea ce am găsit aici. Având o experiență de 20 de ani în domeniul hotelier, am un ochi destul de atent când vine vorba despre servicii și standarde de cazare, iar acest hotel chiar m-a impresionat.

Totul a fost la superlativ! Camera a fost impecabil de curată, curățenia s-a făcut în fiecare zi, iar prosoapele au fost schimbate zilnic. Se observă atenția la detalii și grija pentru confortul oaspeților.

Personalul este extraordinar de amabil, atent și primitor, mereu cu zâmbetul pe buze și gata să ajute. Pentru mine, calitatea serviciilor și atitudinea personalului sunt extrem de importante, iar aici am găsit exact ceea ce îmi doresc de la un hotel.

Priveliștea este absolut superbă, un adevărat view de vis! 🌊❤️ Faptul că se vede marea este un mare avantaj și face șederea și mai plăcută.

Un alt mare plus este parcarea subterană, foarte practică și sigură, mai ales în Ksamil, unde parcarea poate fi o adevărată provocare.

Micul dejun a fost foarte variat și gustos, cu suficiente opțiuni pentru toate gusturile.

Per total, am avut parte de o experiență minunată și, sincer, serviciile oferite aici mi-au depășit așteptările. Pentru un hotel din Ksamil, consider că nivelul serviciilor este foarte bun și merită apreciat.

Felicitări întregii echipe pentru profesionalism, ospitalitate și atenția acordată oaspeților! 👏❤️

Recomand cu toată încrederea acest hotel și, dacă vom reveni în Ksamil, cu siguranță vom alege din nou acest loc! ☀️🌊❤️

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were very happy with our experience. Everything was very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and peaceful.

What we especially appreciated was the kindness and friendliness of the staff. Everyone was very helpful, genuine, and made us feel at home throughout our stay. The location is also really good and convenient, making it easy to enjoy the surrounding area.

Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and left with very positive memories. The combination of cleanliness, hospitality, comfort, and a great location made our stay even better. Perfect location with great facilities

Staff are sooo lovely, facilities are great, 10 minute walk into the hot spot and gorgeous view. Staff also went above and beyond to make sure we could check in early 😊

Çalışanlar çok suratsız ,ilgisiz ,havuz çok küçük yalak desek daha doğru ,banyoda kırkayak çıktı öldürüp banyo ayak havlusun üstüne bıraktım, balkon kapısı kitlenmiyor ,tv nin kumandası bozuk sadece açıp kapatıyor oda tv nin dibine girersen , kasa bozuk kitlenmiyor , odalara 27 metrekare dediklerine bakmayın balkon dahil buna, 3 yatak koymuşlar adım atacak yer yok , kahvaltı çok ama çok kötü , bu kahvaltıya iyi diyen varmıdır bilmiyorum , hem çok pahalı yani geceliği 150 € birdaha gidermiyim? Asla

Pros:

Bardzo przyjemny, kameralny i kompaktowy hotel, z wygodnym parkingiem, w bliskiej odległości od plaży, z kilkoma dobrymi restauracjami w okolicy, a jednocześnie położony w spokojniejszej części Ksamilu, więc nie mieliśmy nocnego hałasu I imprez pod oknem.
Bardzo czysto, zadbany basen i Leżaki przy nim. Pokoje i łazienki nowe i dobrze wyposażone. Zdecydowanie polecam🫶🏻

Je n'ai pas appréande cet hôtel ni le personnel et le manager
Pros:

La piscine est sympa et la vue dégagée sur la mer.

Beaucoup de déception dans cet hôtel.
La taille de la chambre triple, pas de rangement dans la salle de bains et la chambre.
Le personnel de l'hôtel n'est pas du tout chaleureux.
Le patron de l'hôtel nous.a obligé à régler en espèces la totalité des 2 chambrée réservées pour une durée de 10 nuits soit 4100€ au total et nous a demandé d'annuler la réservation via Booking, ils le font avec tous les clients de l'hôtel. Ils empochent tout l'argent en espèce.
C'est la première fois que je rencontre ce type de problème da's un hôtel qui se dit 4 étoiles.
J'ai la confirmation par mail de la preuve d'annulation de la chambre. Ils sont malhonnêtes, pas le sens du service client, la chambre triple est vraiment ridicule pour 3 adultes il manquait des cintres, le frigo de la chambre fonctionnait partiellement, une seule carte d'accès pour rentrer dans la chambre c'est du jamais vu !!! Le petit déjeuner n'est pas digne d'un hôtel 4 🌟
Les alentours de l hôtel sont sales beaucoup de déchets partout avant d'arriver à l'hôtel
