Daca vi pentru prima data in Sarande, e cel mai bun Hotel pe care il poti gasi ca pozitionare si nu numai. Hotelul este aproape de plaja publica, aproape de promenada.Camerele sunt mari, curate, mobilier exact ca in poza. Proseapele se schimba zilnic. Am ales acest hotel pentru pozitionarea lui dar si pentru pretul oferit. Micul dejun este variat si bogat.

The location was very central, walking distance from the boulevard which was amazing. The room was spacious and cleaned every day.

Cons:

During our stay, a group of young men (approximately 20–25 years old) checked in after us. Throughout the night, they were extremely noisy, shouting, banging on doors, and running through the hallways. We were woken up in the middle of the night because of the disturbance.

We reported the issue to the reception, but unfortunately our complaint was not taken seriously. The staff simply said they could not hear anything from the ground floor, even though we were staying on the third floor where the noise was clearly audible. They did not come upstairs to check the situation or address the disturbance.

As a result, we had a very poor night’s sleep, and we were also disturbed again the following nights untill they left the hotel. We expected the hotel staff to handle the situation more proactively to ensure guests could enjoy a peaceful stay.

Completely not value for money. It claims sea view but you could barely peak the sea from the room. Booked the room so I can soak myself on the room tub after spending the day in the sun, but there was no provision for robe or bath foam/soap. Asked and told there was none, so why put that in the room if there is none provision for its usage
Breakfast was bare minimum and they were not even flexible with our requirement for breakfast. Won’t recommend

Overall, everything was very good.
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly, the hotel was very clean, and they were attentive to all our needs.

Cons:

The room was a bit small, and having a balcony would have been ideal, especially after spending the day at the beach.
