Good hotel room, dishonest staff
Pros:

Clean hotel room by the beach with a comfortable bed.

Cons:

The dishonest staff member tried to overcharge us at checkout compared to the listed price. I told her I did not appreciate that and showed the listed price on Booking.com, which she corrected. However, I believe she did this intentionally, as she looked at her colleague immediately after and said in Albanian that they could not get us this time.

A szálloda elhelyezkedése kiváló.👌Valóban 40 méterre vagy a parttól és a tenger lágy morajló hangja szűrődik be a nyitott erkély ajtón keresztül. Tiszta szoba és fürdőszoba. Végtelenül kedves személyzet. Finom reggeli. Kedves kiszolgálás az étteremben.

Schöne Zeit mit super Service und Blick aufs Meer

es gibt nur gutes zu berichten. Besonders die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft vom Personals war großartig. Angela die Rezeptionsdame hat uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden wenn wir Unterstützung brauchten. Unser Englisch war nicht gut aber sie wusste immer, was wir brauchten. Auch Sonderwünsche wie Lunchpakete und "Cafe to go" für einen Tagesausflug wurden uns mit einer Selbstverständlichkeit gepackt. Besonders möchte ich auch das Servicepersonal im Restaurant Saly erwähnen. Immer höflich, immer mit einem Lächeln. Die Kellnerin welche uns beim Frühstück bediente (ich glaube sie heißt Rina) war immer mit einen breiten Lächeln zur Stelle. Soviel Freude an seiner Arbeit sieht man selten. Wir danken sehr für die schöne Zeit!

Cons:

Der Balkon hätte etwas größer sein können. Für 3-4 Personen zu klein. Einer kann auf dem Balkon sitzen, einer stehen, dann ist der Balkon auch voll ;)

Excellent and welcoming
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful and kind. My room including the sea view was excellent.
Since it was effectively a private beach, with umbrellas and sunbeds (plenty of them) owned by the hotel for the use of guests, deciding to have a day on the beach was stress free, with no scramble for a sunbed and a secure area to leave one's bag and sun cream etc having gone for a swim or short walk on the beach. That is a great bonus for a person travelling alone.
Durres Beach area isn't exciting: as one might expect, it is quite full of large hotels. But it felt safe and jolly.
Durres town, a short bus ride away, is very nice.
The food was great.

Cons:

A bedside lamp is always good, this was installed on request. A couple of glasses and/or plastic cups in my room would have been useful.

Cons:

Chambre au 3eme étage sans ascenseur, la taille du lit (2 petits lits séparés)
