It was ok but I would not book again.
Pros:

I liked the swimming pool and the view.
Its close to the center.
There is water and coffee brought to the room every day, which for us was free.
The bathroom had 2 showers, which was amazing!

Cons:

TLDR - for that price I could have probably booked something nicer and cheaper.

The hotel is located in one of the worst areas in Athens (a friend from the city told me that once I was there). We did see people doing illegal stuff outside - 1-3min from the hotel.
Our room had no closed storage, optimised for fast cleaning, but that hurts the usability of the room - for an example - where should the 2 guests put their underwear? We ended up living out of our suitcases.
Some of the furniture felt cramped - for example a table was blocking the only cupboard in the room.
There are not enough power sockets in the room next to the bed.

Everything was great. Excellent stay, close to metro and walking distance to many attractions
Pros:

Had a choice of buffet at the top floor of the hotel or À la carte at Benedicts next to the hotel. I experienced both, buffet was basic but the breakfast at Benedicts was excellent.

Really nice hotel with great staff
Pros:

The hotel was great and was in 20 minutes walking distance of the centre of town, and 5 minutes from the nearest metro. The room was large, clean and well equipped, with a mini fridge, kettle and coffee maker. The breakfasts were plentiful, varied and tasty. Best of all, the staff were absolutely lovely – helpful, attentive and welcoming throughout our stay.

Cons:

The only slight downside was that on the Saturday afternoon the rooftop terrace and pool were extremely busy. There weren’t enough seats available and, with lots of people sitting around the edge of the pool and in the water, it wasn’t really possible to access or use the pool. It did feel a little like walking into a private party, so we decided to leave it for another time.

Klasse Hotel - gute Lage - gerne wieder!
Pros:

Frühstück auf der obersten Etage / überdachte Dachterrasse direkt neben dem Pool. Klasse Auswahl uns sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Plätz sind jedoch etwas begrenzt. Wir hatten jedoch immer einen Platz bekommen. Alternativ gibt es im EG ein Restaurant, welches ebenfalls Frühstück anbietet. Dieses haben wir jedoch in 3 Tagen nie genutzt.

Der Pool ist relativ klein (1,40m Tiefe), aber ausreichend um sich ein paar Minuten abzukühlen und ein paar Drinks zu nehmen. Drinks gibt es dort ab Mittag an der Bar - und im Becher dann auch im Pool. Wunderbarer Blick über den Omoniaplatz hinweg auf die Akropolis inklusive.

Cons:

Die Lage ist OK bis gut. Von der U-Bahn läuft man in 2 Minuten zum Hotel. das Hotel liegt jedoch am Rande eines weniger guten Viertels. Sofern man sich vom Hotel direkt zum Omoniaplatz (U-Bahn) bewegt ist das kein Problem. In der Nacht würde ich jedoch bevorzugt mit dem Taxi das Hotel anfahren.

Für alle empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Super Aussicht. Frühstücksbuffet sehr vielseitig. Äusserst hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Gepächsdeponierung möglich. Überwachtes Parkhaus in unmittelbarer Näher.

Great place and perfect location.
