A perfect and unforgettable stay in Phnom Penh!
The hotel is simply exceptional in every way.
The rooms are spacious, clean to a high standard and tastefully decorated in a modern style, with a spectacular view from a great height of the river.
The staff is courteous, professional and ready to help with any request with a wide smile.
The hotel restaurant is rich and varied.
The location is central and very convenient for departures and trips to the city.
The staff and manager were very helpful and supportive. The view from the room was excellent. There was access to a nice infinity pool on the roof of an adjoining hotel. Location is excellent for walking street and decent places to eat.
Lift very slow and unstable. Gym was very basic and machines a little dangerous and in need of repair. Some occasional construction noise (building not entirely finished). Wi fi poor though I was kindly provided with a router which mostly worked.

The elevators are a little slow and are often quite crowded.
This hotel was a very good value. It is right on the Tonle Sap River and has great views of the surrounding area. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were clean. The air con worked really well too. The location was nice; within walking distance from all the action in the riverside area but it was very quiet in the rooms and easy to sleep. There was also free parking.
My only minor complaint about the room was that the staff kept turning off the water heater to the shower and changing the settings, but by the end of my stay I was able to remember that the hot water likely wouldn't work before I got in the shower.
As for the common areas, there was definitely something left to be desired. The building was still under construction, so in many places the common areas seemed a bit bare. And the elevators were mind-numbingly slow. Only 2 elevators for 15 floors and these were not only the slowest elevators I've experienced in a while, but they operate independently. So instead of pressing one up/down button and the elevators choosing the best elevator for you based on their respective locations, you have to press both buttons. That makes catching an elevator even more difficult, because both elevators are constantly on the move.

Elevator air-condition not worked some times.
Die Lage ist toll und der Manager ist sehr freundlich! Der 24- Stunden Laden ist sehr praktisch und in den Zimmern könnte man auch mehrere Wochen gut wohnen.
Der Preis für den Wäscheservice ist ziemlich hoch. Lieber einen Waschsalon suchen.
The hotel was in a great location. Staff were friendly. The room was lovely.
I accidentally left my work permit in the electric slot where the key card goes to turn on the electric to the room. I messaged the hotel and told them exactly where it was. They said it wasn't there when I know for certain it was. Then they just stopped messaging me back.
