Categories

Cleanliness
9
Generally rooms described as luxurious and tidy with one reported small cleaning mistake that was quickly resolved; overall cleanliness is high.
Service
10
Repeatedly praised staff and concierge (named Sami) — friendly, professional and made special occasions memorable; a few front-desk limitations were noted but overall service was excellent.
Location
10
Location cited positively in reviews (listed as a pro) and contributes strongly to the guest experience.
Room Quality
9
Rooms described as luxurious, comfortable and often upgraded, with tablet controls and soft linens; some issues reported (closet light glitch, squeaky bed, modest soundproofing) that lowered the score slightly.
Amenities
9
Good SPA/private sauna offerings but several guests noted that spa/sauna access often costs extra, needs booking and there is no pool — amenities are strong but have caveats.
Value for Money
9.5
Mixed signals: some guests felt the room or housekeeping fell below expected Waldorf standards, while personalised service, upgrades and memorable experiences supported a high perceived value.
Food and Beverage
9.5
Breakfast quality praised several times, but common complaints about limited choice, slow service (staff-delivered rather than buffet), some items costing extra and menu language issues.
Overall Experience
10
Overall very positive — many guests called the stay memorable and said they would return, highlighting exceptional staff, special touches for celebrations and comfortable rooms.

Pros:

Allt, trevlig personal mycket bra rum och lokaler, maten toppen service

Cons:

Lite minus på frukosten, kall gröt 2ggr. Hårt smör och bröd som värmts upp blev snabt hårt. hela frukost kan bli bättre å smidigare för gästen. Servicen var bra men kanske för mycket service som krånglade till frukosten. Trevlig personal so. Gjorde sitt bästa.
