Un hôtel avec un personnel remarquable, mais un environnement et des prestations qui ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix de
Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant, professionnel et toujours souriant. La vue est magnifique, les chambres sont modernes et le petit-déjeuner est varié et de bonne qualité. Les installations de l’hôtel sont récentes et agréables.

Cons:

Malheureusement, notre expérience a été décevante. L’environnement autour de l’hôtel est en plein chantier, avec des nuisances et des odeurs désagréables à proximité de la plage, ce qui ne donne pas envie de s’y baigner. La plage ne correspond pas à ce que l’on attend d’un hôtel de cette catégorie. La piscine principale était trouble, ce qui ne donnait pas envie d’y entrer. Sur les deux chambres réservées, l’une sentait fortement le tabac froid. La salle de bain est peu pratique : la douche manque d’étanchéité et l’eau se répand facilement au sol. Le système de cloisons coulissantes offre très peu d’intimité. Nous avons également trouvé qu’il y avait peu de rangements, une seule grande serviette par personne et un seul peignoir pour deux personnes. Au final, nous avons préféré passer notre journée au Sokha Beach Resort pour profiter d’une plage et d’une piscine plus agréables. Pour le prix payé, nous nous attendions à une expérience bien différente.

Very beautiful. Idyllic location and very prompt staff service.

Hotel is probably the best in town. The town is terrible
Pros:

Hotel is fine. Not spectacular. Pool is small and too warm.

Cons:

The town itself is horrible. No fault of the hotel. Unless you’re Chinese, don’t go.

All good just needed a bit of an international touch
Pros:

Overall, the hotel was good. The room was great, however the buffet breakfast spread was very normal. The food settings were a bit of a mess and not well organise. Was hoping Novotel to have an International standard but this was a bit of a disappointment.

Hotel has potential but the surrounding area really take away from the experience, what a shame!
Pros:

Location: Quite good, situated right in the city center.

Room Design: Cleverly designed and well-laid-out rooms.

Views & Amenities: Beautiful views of the sea and the pool. Includes convenient parking, as well as access to the beach and swimming pool.

Cons:

Plumbing Issues: The shower drain was a disaster; water leaked into the room. However, the staff was very responsive and quick to fix the issue.

Environment: The hotel is located near sewage outlets (to the left when facing the sea), which occasionally results in unpleasant odors.

Urban Decay: The city has been spoiled by a multitude of unfinished Chinese construction projects left in limbo. These ruins unfortunately mar the view from the hotel and the overall city atmosphere.

Dining: The food quality could be improved.

Guest Experience: Encountered some instances of rude behavior from Chinese tourists.

Perhaps best western style hotel in Sihanoukville up to global standards
Pros:

Staff was very helpful and friendly. I liked modern cigar bar and the restaurant with a sea view. Very clean and nicely build hotel.

Cons:

There was a small construction going at the pool bar area. It’s a nice place but surrounded by abandoned buildings
