great value for a decent small hotel
Pros:

The Hotel was just about right.. value for money. For quiet cheap rate you have decent room, and the hotel itself right in the middle of nice area of bassac, and close to interesting spots in phnom penh city center.

False advertising. Don't stay here!

Cons:

The pictures and listed facilities are false. Most of the facilities in those pictures simply don't exist.
It advertised having 3 pools. It has one which was closed.
It advertised having a bar, it doesn't have one.
It advertised having a coffee shop, it doesn't have one. The coffee shop that is pictured at the ground floor of the hotel has been converted into an overpriced convenience store.
It advertised having a games room, it doesn't have one.
The staff promised a full refund, they lied, and I still haven't received it.
The shower didn't work.
The room stank.
The hotel was dirty.
It's basically a scam and despite telling Booking.com's customer service, nothing has happened. They still allow the hotel to falsely advertise.

Die gute Lage und der 24h mini mart in der lobby waren sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Der pool war tendenziell mehr eine kloake als etwas wo man ohne Krankheitsrisiko hätte baden können.
