breakfast was good including the excellent cafe latte. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful from when i arrived just after midnight until the time i left the morning. I asked for some milk to take to my room to make tea and they gave me some.
the room was comfortable with good quality bedding, They provided toiletries in the bathroom. There was a tv and a fridge (could purchase drinks from the fridge if wanted.)
It was very good value for money and I would recommend it to anyone.

The culinary experience was another major highlight. Every meal we had was absolutely delicious, and the drinks were expertly crafted. Whether you are staying overnight or just stopping by for a meal, this place is a must-visit.

Nothing bad
The hotel is very beautiful and cozy, the staff is very nice... they try to speak English, but not all the staff understand well and are ashamed to say "sorry, I don't understand".
Breakfast was ok, dinner with a little smaller portions, but... delicious.
When I had a small problem with the room, the manager changed it immediately - that's how the hotel business should be done.
It's a nice building, with a comfortable dining room and high quality staying rooms. The staff is friendly and attentive. They also make delicious food in the kitchen.

A little bit far away from downtown.
We arrived the hotel daytime, and this time they provided us welcome drink with cold wet towel!
Also during our stay we had a little problem; a driver for a 1-day trip (different company from the hotel) didn't pick us up. And the front staff quickly arranged a toktok for us to meet the driver. It was soooo helpful.
