Good stay. Not so great breakfast
Pros:

The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast. It all looks good visually, but the only very few were actually edible. This is coming from someone who is very liberal with food and can eat almost anything.

צוות מזמין ונעים, ארוחת בוקר לא רעה בכלל.

Cons:

הכריות היו מאוד לא נוחות, הרגשנו כאילו אנחנו ישנים על בלונים.

אנחנו מודעים לכך שהמלון נמצא ליד תחנת אוטובוס, ויש בידוד רעש. אבל בלילה שהיינו היה רעש בלתי סביר שגרם לכך שגם הבידוד לא עזר, יש מועדון למטה והמון צעירים מסתובבים עם רכבים ועשו רעש, בנוסף נהגי האוטובוס של שעות הבוקר המוקדמות עשו גם הם רעש וזה גרם לכך שהתעוררתי ב4 לפנות בוקר, מוטב וראוי שבית המלון יפנה אל הנהגים ויבקשו להתחשב בכך שלא יעשו יותר מדי רעש במיוחד לא יפעילו מוזיקה העלולה לגרום לאי נוחות לאורחי המלון.

For us perfect location above the bus station. The rooms were great clean and everything worked apart from the TV but we didn't care.

fantastic - what a service!
Pros:

Because the bedcoversheet was torn, I got full refund of my entire two nights reservation and on top of that (as persistently emphasized by the manager) a junior suite for extra compensation of this (as they called) 'inconvenience'. AMAZING!

Cons:

The location is very difficult to find: Booking.com described it very complicated and confusing. It should have been clearly described that the hotel is located INSIDE a shopping mall, directly neighbouring the BUS TERMINAL, so the mentioned address is NOT recognized by TomTom navigation! It took me an hour driving around to get the clue and find it.

Practical yet charming , a sure bet.
Pros:

generous breakfast, amazing location, walking distance from international bus station. Organize taxi for fix price to North South bus station, Extremely comfortable and quiet yet with direct access to shopping center.

Гостиница находится прямо в торговом центре и автобусной станции что очень удобно, номера чистые, просторные, так же есть все принадлежности для душа, прекрасный завтрак на любой вкус, персонал очень отзывчивый и очень приятный , есть большая стоянка ,рекомендую посетить отель

Pros:

Modernt och fint hotell. Rent och snyggt. Hyfsat stort rum och badrum. Fönster som gick att öppna så man kunde lufta. Hiss. Bra, gratis wifi. Bra frukost.

Cons:

Svårt att hitta hotellet, som ligger i ett köpcenter vid busstationen. Från p-platsen rulltrappa upp till hotellet, vilket var lite problematiskt med hundar och bagage.

La propreté de la chambre

Cons:

La chambre n’était pas du tout adaptée à mon mari qui était en fauteuil roulant manual pourtant c’était bien une chambre PMR. Le petit déjeuner est petit, pas varié et n’est vraiment pas bon pourtant tout les commentaires que j’avais vu disait le contraire nous avons déjeuner qu’une fois sur 4 et 2 pour ma part tellement on avait pas aimer.L’hôtel est hyper mal placer si l’on veut commander wolt j’ai toujours eu du mal à expliquer au livreur qu’il fallait monter en haut. L’hôtel est assez bruyant également à tout heure nous étions placer dans une chambre pas loin du petit déjeuné c’était désagréable.
