Le personnel était bien souriant et accueillant surtout Dev et c’etait super propre j’ai tout aimé le petit dej il était très à l’écoute et très méticuleux sur la propreté de l’hôtel. Je recommande vivement d’aller chez eux. Et le personnel le monsieur Dev il est très bien. On a tous aimé en famille

Un mot : WAOUH ! Hôtel à 2 pas du centre de Ksamil tout en étant loin de l'agitation. 2 piscines donnant des vues superbes. Essuis pour la piscine mais aussi essuis pour aller à la plage. Le serveur originaire des Philippines était toujours souriant, aux petits soins et ne manquait pas d'avoir un petit mot pour rire. Un super rencontre 😁 Le petit dej sous forme de buffet était plus que complet, difficile de ne pas y trouver son bonheur. Et tout était délicieux ! La chambre et le balcon étaient spacieux. Le ménage était fait tous les jours. Parking extérieur et parking intérieur. Vraiment cet hôtel est un MUST 👌

Cons:

La première nuit, il y avait des personnes avec beaucoup d'enfants livrés à eux mêmes. Celles-ci ont fait beaucoup beaucouo de bruit jusque 1h du matin. Et rebelotte à 8h pour le petit dej. Ils pensaient peut être être seuls dans l'hôtel... mais le personnel a été réactif face à cette situation qui n'était pas de leur faute. Merci à eux !

Personeel is heel vriendelijk. Het hotel is wel op een heuvel dus dat kan voor sommige als een nadeel voelen, maar zorgde in ieder geval voor een mooi uitzicht en prachtige zonsondergang.

Lovely, quiet, clean and nice pools
Pros:

The staff was very sweet.
The pools are amazing, and the breakfast was huge :)
We really enjoyed our stay!
It was not in the centre, so away from the noise.. it was great!

Cons:

THE HILL!! The hotel is at the top of the hill. However, it was not too bad, just a heads up. We walked up and down with no issues, to avoid driving again.

Um hotel para voltar e recomendar aos outros. Tudo excelente.
Pros:

Condições do hotel muito boas, pequeno almoço delicioso onde os funcionários foram incansáveis sempre a repor comida e fruta fresca, nomeadamente o Dave que nos faz um atendimento irrepreensível.

Cons:

O acesso pela estrada é um pouco íngreme para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida se não tiverem carro.
