Bel hôtel avec accueil courtois, personnel à l’écoute.
Pros:

Hôtel récent, propre et climatisé. Belle chambre familiale spacieuse. Vue sur piscine et mer. 2 agréables piscines nettoyées par un robot le soir. Transats et serviettes au bord de la piscine. Personnel attentif et courtois. Pas très loin du centre animé environ 10 minutes à pied. 15 minutes des premières plages. On n’est pas dérangé par les nuits festives du centre, bien insonorisé. Petite cote à remonter le soir.

Schönes Hotel über der Stadt
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, tolles Frühstück und zwei Pools mit Blick über die Stadt. Obwohl viel los war im August haben wir immer einen Platz am Pool bekommen. Die Zimmer sind modern und schön eingerichtet.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war erst 2 h nach Check in Zeit fertig.

La propreté et les équipements

Cons:

Nous étions au rez-de-chaussée nous n'avons pas pu ouvrir nos rideaux car des clients de l'hôtel venez mettre leurs transatd devant notre fenêtre d'autres jouaient au foot ou tout simplement les clients passaient d'une piscine à l'autre devant notre fenêtre.... Nous avons donc vécu 4 jours avec les rideaux fermés car autrement aucune intimité.... C'est inadmissible.... De plus lorsque l'on a voulu changer de chambre une des réceptionnistes nous a affirmé que personne ne passait devant notre chambre... C'est inadmissible de payer un tel prix pour avoir une chambre avec aucune intimité

Çalışanlar ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü, özellikle havuz ve barla ilgilenen çalışan Dave mükemmel bir çalışan terfiyi hak ediyor. 😁 Onun dışında otel gerçekten güzel ve herşeyiyle yeni, modern, lüks ve temiz.

Modernes Hotel in bester Lage - in Ksamil haben wir kein vergleichbares entdeckt
Pros:

Die Lage auf einem Berg etwas abseits des Ballermann artigen Tohuwabohu von Ksamil ist perfekt - ruhig und trotzdem alles zu Fuß erreichbar.
Sehr freundliches Personal, moderne Zimmer, schöne Pools, Netflix funktioniert, bestes Frühstück auf unserer Albanien Rundreise

Cons:

Die Zufahrt zum Hotelparkplatz war uns zu Abenteuerlich, wir standen lieber an der Straße vor dem Hoteleingang (wirkte dort aber sehr sicher)
