⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An exceptional stay – hospitality at its absolute best

From the very first day, everything at Boutique Hotel Shell was about one thing: making sure I had the best possible stay.

Aleksandar was always there for me, no matter what question or request I had. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Remka also took fantastic care of me from day one, and honestly, the same can be said about the entire team. The level of personal service and genuine hospitality here is something you don’t experience very often.

Even breakfast could be adjusted exactly to what I wanted. They remembered my preferences and always made sure everything was taken care of.

The housekeeping was exceptional as well. I barely ever noticed the cleaning staff, yet somehow my room was always perfectly clean. They seemed to know exactly when I was having breakfast and used that moment to clean the room, so I was never disturbed. Fresh towels, a perfectly made and clean bed, everything spotless, and the room always at a comfortable temperature. Every detail was taken care of.

What impressed me most, however, was the people. They don’t just provide good service because it is their job; you genuinely feel that they care about their guests. At first, the Balkan way of communicating can sometimes come across as a little direct or tough, but behind that are incredibly warm, kind-hearted and genuine people.

Boutique Hotel Shell gave me exactly what you hope to feel on a holiday: relaxed, welcome and completely taken care of.

I honestly cannot think of a single negative point about my stay. Only compliments.

A huge thank you to Alexander, Remka and the entire team for making my stay in Montenegro so memorable. I arrived as a hotel guest, but I leave with the feeling that I was welcomed as a friend.

Największym atutem obiektu jest jego wyjątkowe położenie tuż przy plaży. Śniadania można zjeść zarówno wewnątrz, jak i na tarasie z bezpośrednim widokiem na morze, co tworzy naprawdę wyjątkową atmosferę. Apartament był bardzo zadbany i czysty. Pokoje były sprzątane codziennie, a ręczniki regularnie wymieniane na świeże. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje również obsługa recepcji — pomocna, dostępna w każdej chwili i na bardzo wysokim poziomie.

Die Unterkunft entsprach zu 100% unseren Erwartungen. Das Personal war freundlich, höflich und stets zuvorkommend, das Frühstück direkt am Strand phänomenal und auch der Kaffee sehr lecker. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass beim Frühstück alles frisch für einen zubereitet wurde (man hat eine Auswahl) und somit kein Essen verschwendet wird. Geschmack und Qualität waren hervorragend.

Super Lage direkt am Wasser, nette Zimmer in einem kleinen Haus, nettes Personal.
Frühstück ist gut, aber wenig abwechslungsreich.
