Pros:

Es mas bonito que en las fotos

Cons:

Esta muy lejos del casco antiguo que es lo mejor de Budva. No tiene playa privada, te dan acceso a un Beach club que está a 5 min andando y que no vale nada la pena.

Pros:

Хороший бутик-отель. Очень хорошее расположение. Чисто, тихо, работает свой ресторан. В номере есть всё необходимое, включая средства личной гигиены, в том числе халаты и тапочки.

Cons:

Почему-то вода из душевой кабины вытекает.

Отель для тех, кто на машине. Только переночевать, а утром ездить за новыми впечатлениями.

Новый отель! Очень чисто! Хороший и отзывчивый персонал!

Cons:

У отеля собственные пляжные места расположены в 500 метрах. Вроде и не далека, но каждый раз туда не хочется идти. Перед отелем территория городского пляжа, где люди сидят настолько близко, что невозможно пройти мимо. И когда мы положили пляжную сумку на край террасы ресторана, то нас попросили убрать свои вещи, хотя этот ресторан относится к этому отелю . Завтраки очень однотипные, яичница и блины. Самый большой минус это расположение, в 50 метрах есть ресторан или бар с караоке или живой музыкой, где до 1:00 и иногда до 1:30 очень очень громко поют- орут. Не помогли закрытые окна и две подушки прижатые к ушам. Жили в люксе с видом на море и в душевой мастер спальни постоянно воняло из канализации. Попросили горничную обработать, но вонь не прошла.

Hyggelig hotel ved stranden.
Pros:

Ligger rett ved stranden, veldig hyggelig personale, god mat.

Cons:

Merker at det er et nytt hotell, da ikke alle fasiliteter var ferdige. Ble litt lei samme frokost hver dag, spesielt fordi vi ikke spiste noe særlig kjøtt. Men det vi fikk av mat var veldig godt.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, right on the beachfront, with beautiful sea views.

The staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and welcoming. They took the time to explain everything we needed to know and made every effort to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Our room was very spacious and featured a lovely balcony overlooking the sea. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully designed.

We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again. Simply wonderful!

A hotel that exceeded our expectations once again.

Exceptional hospitality and excellent service

This was our second stay at Boutique Hotel Shell, and once again we had a wonderful holiday. Returning to the same hotel is probably the best recommendation we can give.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach and the promenade. The rooms are comfortable, very clean, and well maintained. We also enjoyed the restaurant, where both the food and the service were consistently excellent.

What truly makes this hotel special is its people. Every member of the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, we felt that they were looking for a solution rather than simply following formal procedures.

Before our arrival, the hotel helped us arrange reliable airport transfers. Later, when our travel plans unexpectedly changed and we had to shorten our stay, the staff also helped us resolve the reservation issue quickly and efficiently. Their willingness to assist even after everything had already been booked left a very positive impression.

Boutique Hotel Shell is one of those places where you feel genuinely welcome rather than simply accommodated.

We sincerely hope to return again next year.

During the summer season, the area can occasionally be lively in the evenings because of weddings, celebrations, or live music at nearby restaurants. On one evening, there was a wedding celebration nearby, so it was quite noisy until late at night.

Another thing that non-smokers should be aware of is that smoking is still very common in Montenegro. People are allowed to smoke on restaurant terraces, beaches, and many other outdoor public areas. If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, this may occasionally be uncomfortable during your stay.

These are characteristics of the destination rather than the hotel itself, and they did not affect our overall enjoyment of the holiday. We would gladly stay at Boutique Hotel Shell again.
