Pros:

Vorab umfangreiche Instruktionen zum Self-Check-In, WiFi, Gepäckaufbewahrung, Flughafentransfer, etc. erhalten. Alles klappte wie beschrieben. Mitarbeiter haben wir nicht gesehen, hatten aber eine Nummer für den Notfall.
Bett bequem, Zimmer ausreichend groß für eine Nacht. Kühlschrank im Zimmer vorhanden.

Cons:

Der Boden im Zimmer klebte an vielen Stellen.

Amazing stay!
Pros:

Good location, nice room and bathroom, clean and comfy. Helpful and friendly staff. They also have a luggage storage.

Il letto era molto comodo

Cons:

È un hotel fantasma, senza una reception o qualcuno a cui rivolgersi. La nostra camera matrimoniale era apparentemente bella, ma:
- la porta a due battenti del bagno era montata male e non si poteva chiudere (trattandosi del bagno era disagevole)
- la doccia moderna e spaziosa aveva una pendenza sbagliata e ad ogni uso l’intero bagno si allagava
- il sistema di illuminazione della stanza era pretenzioso e incomprensibile

Io ho pagato la stanza con colazione e nel messaggio mi hanno scritto:
Breakfast (for 1 guest) is delivered to your door between 07:00 and 08:00.
Non ho visto nessuna colazione e non c’era nessuno dello staff a cui chiedere

Pros:

La chambre était très propore et appréciable. La salle de bain était gande et moderne. J'ai apprécié le mobilier et le confort offert par l'hôtel.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas apprécié devoir contacter le support car aucune récéption était sur place pour m'aider. Je n'avais pas reçu les informations pour accéder à ma chambre d'hôtel. Ces informations m'avaient seulement été transmises le jour après mon arrivée.
Heureusement que j'avais pu contacter le support via WhatsApp afin qu'il me donnent les accès.

Self-Checkin. Wir sind früher angekommen und wollten unsere Koffer abstellen. War nicht möglich da niemand vor Ort. Man erhält einen Code für das Zimmee und alle Eingänge, sehr umständlich. Zimmer waren ok.
