Rooms exceptionally hot despite turning heater down.
Bathrooms poorly configured - shower screen pushed onto toilet and you hit your head on a shelf every time you cleaned your teeth.
Noisy location.
The self check-in process was flawless and the heating worked perfectly!
The room was cramped and the sofa bed can't even be rated as we could hardly sleep on it. The mattress is too soft, the bed cracks and you keep hitting your limbs to its metal frame when opened. The bathroom ceiling was moldy and the shower handles broken.
Place was just fine and no problems with cleanliness
The big problem was regarding lack of information about breakfast
One room “breakfast” was hanging outside the room and no information given
The room there was no bag at all !!
During checkout a msg told us that room was not used at all !!
Guys need to improve COMMUNICATION
There's no concierge, you just use a code for the doors.
It was in a quiet safe area within easy walking distance of downtown and better price than other hotels. Room was lovely, warm and clean.
As the code was the same for the stairwell and the room I did wonder if guests would potentially be able to access all rooms as this wasn't explained.
It was fine and I didn't let it bother me, but reassurance on booking would be a good idea.
