This was ok overall. Bed was nice and clean
Will never recommend a stay and was going to spend 3 more nights but you have poor customer service. Never got a code to get in. After over an hour and a half of waiting outside I was able to use a man’s phone to call because your email bounces back and your Buzzer on the front door doesn’t work. Also, when I got back from my trip the code for my room and everything stopped working again and when I got up the next morning to use the lobby code work didn’t work again so I went through probably seven or eight codes before I could get one that actually worked and it didn’t work for more than an hour. This is very frustrating.
Modern, well renovated, convenient, and comfortable.
Nothing
Nice lounge with coffe machine, clean, very comfortable bed. Clear instructions with photos of finding the hotel and accessing the room. Communication was timely.
Internet access was horrendous ! I did not have access in my room at all, and then no access in the lounge either. So if you want to book additional trips while in Iceland, it is impossible without good internet access. It is a 21st century and Iceland is quite advanced when it comes to tech! Owners should invest in better internet provider options. Secondly, on the day of my check out the door access code was suppose to work until 20h for the lounge and luggage area, however it stopped working at around 12h shortly after room check out. So I was stuck outdoors and unable to take my bag! Thankfully there were some guests around who let me in. This was pretty bad. And thirdly, there is a construction site just next to the hotel, with cranes and heavy machinery. So it is quite noisy in the mornings.
Got the job done.
Slow to respond to request to clean vomit from ramp outside front door.
Fine words only and eventually they did a poor job and you can see it still.
Facil acceso
No pude conectar el WIFI
Nothing. We could not access the facilities.

Stanza spaziosa e pulita, moderna, bagno grande, self check-in facile, parcheggio gratis comodo
We can't really say what we liked. We met other customers who were really not pleased with the stay
The room was way to hot. (25 degree C ) Whatever we did, it stayed way to hot.
No refill for coffee pouches in the room
When signing for towel replacement, first time no response.
Alt i alt rigtig fint.
Clean, comfortable, quiet room (rear facing towards a parking lot). Decor and condition were nice. Good size for price. Plenty of hot water (no shortage in geothermal Iceland). The commons area was very simple area with minimal decor, and no one seems to use it. This at least made for a quiet space. A sunroom extends out with windows on three sides so plenty of light. A coffee machine free of charge was nice.
Occasional noise: An entrance door with closer accessing the rooms would shut with a loud KA-CHUNK! every time. And people would sometimes hang out on an exterior walkway next to the rooms and talk. Fortunately I didn't hear either of those things during the night hours.
Referring to that exterior walkway; it connected the entrance/commons area and rooms, so there were those coded locks on each door. The locks didn't always work the first time, and the commons exit that leads to the rooms didn't work at all. This meant that to get to the commons from your room you had to walk all the way around the building and come in through the front door. This was not a pleasant experience when it's cold, windy and sometimes raining all at the same time. The property was contacted but the problem was never fixed in the three nights I was there. And no cups for the coffee machine for almost two days, another little off-putting item.
This highlights what others have described about this hotel as a 'ghost town'. With no onsite staff and no practical way to contact them I had the same feeling. What looked like it might have once been a front desk is now walled up. In fact I never saw anyone associated with the property. I understand that this is why the hotel is one of the less expensive ones but a little human presence, at least access to one, would have gone a long way.
Overall I was still satisfied and this felt like an 8.0 for the price, but the flaws brought my score down.
